I wanted to tell you about my experience today. I have purchased a few cakes and other items here in the past and was hoping to buy something today. I walked into the store and waited 2-3 minutes for someone to show up at the front counter. A young woman came from out of the back and I ask if she had any cookies or brownies for sale today. She was very short and rude. I explained what I was looking for and she said “whatever we have in that case is what we have”. I then continued to ask questions and felt like she did not want to help me and she only replied with “yeh”. I do not find that to be very good customer service at all. Correct me if I am wrong, I feel the customer should be helped and not just a “yeh”. I walked out and went to Publix where I knew I would be treated like a paying customer. I doubt I will continue to shop here.

I paid Creations Bakery $300 for my wedding cake and grooms cake, based on taste it was very delicious and every one loved it.But they did provide the cake I request, they even had a pictured I had pulled from online and looked NOTHING like what I ordered then the were late delivering my cake after paying them additional money to deliver to my venue! And last but not least I spoke to the owner who had made a note on my cake to bring extra containers so that I may save my top tier for our one year anniversary because our venue did not provide them. After being assured that they would have extra containers I had to wrap my top tier in plastic wrap because they FAILED to do what I had asked and paid for!!! Very disappointing!!!

They dont care about customer service-as in stocking baking supplies. They say they will order items, but it always seems as if everything is on BACK-order. Its apparent, too, that they arent all that "user friendly" when it comes to a bakery customer. I witnessed someone spend 15 minutes trying to order cookies for a bridal shower. The owner said, "No, you dont want cookies-they arent very good, and they take a long time to decorate". What?!? She finally settled on petit fours, but she told him several times that shed really rather have the cookies. Someone in the wedding party had sent her there to order-she was from out-of -town and unfamiliar with the area. It was so hard not to slip her MY business card :( .

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I had them make a cake for my sons 1st birthday. They sent me a picture of what it would be and quoted me a price over the phone. When I came to pick it up it was half the size of the picture (slightly smaller than a quarter sheet). I was irritated but it was still cute. THEN I checked my account expecting that it was the price I was quoted and it was $20 MORE! Its one thing when you get get quoted something and dont get it but when they STEAL from you COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this bakery. We had our daughters first birthday party with a really cute cartoon-like owl theme. I came into this bakery and told them my idea, showed them pictures of the theme, and when we came to pickup the cakes (she also had a smash cake since it was her first bday), they were GORGEOUS. Everyone at the party commented on how amazing they looked, and whats best? They tasted just as delicious as they looked. We finally found a wonderful, reasonably-priced, local bakery for our parties. Yay!:)

Horrible. Apparently their tad bit smaller is 70% to 75% smaller. Paying over 200$ for something that publix could have done for 50$ some of the work is acceptable but most of it looks sloppy and thrown together it is not what I ordered. Beyond upset I have no time to have another one made. If there was time I would have refused the whola thing and demanded a full refund. This place says we can give you 25$ back. I had to have cupcakes just to try and feed our party. Wow just wow find somewhere else.

I came into the bakery and was overwhelmed by all the supplies and the goods there. I was informed extremely well by the two lovely girls working there about each delicious good and wanted to try them all! I cant wait to order a cake from them in the future and to return and get more baked goods! :-)

We have custom ordered a cake from Creations Bakery for the first time for my daughters first birthday .The cake was in the colors of my daughters dress. It was absolutely stunning. Everyone in the party told us that it was beautiful. It as very tasty to eat and awesome to look at.

Stopped in trying to find cupcakes for my daughter and her friends and although at first I didnt think they looked good, they were delicious! Very yummy and only $1 each. Will definitely visit again!
