Terrible service. My drink didnt come out the way it was suppose to be. I told the barista and she made me pay extra which I didnt mind and I paid. While I rung up Joy and Kelsi attitude was terrible and was mean mugging me! I told them their attitude was terrible and I said I was gonna make sure the store manager know and Kelsi made sure to say "when you call to complain my name is Kelsi with an I". I called corporation and they said a manger was suppose to contact me which they never did. The person that work with corporation even stated I shouldnt of paid extra because my drink wasnt right they should of remade it for no charge.

Girl who made my drink was really rude and I also work at Starbucks and the drink was not made the way its supposed too and was also only filled 2/3 of the way and when I told her it wasnt right she got mad and said Im wrong. Maybe its just me but who wants to pay 6 dollars for a drink that isnt made correctly and not even close to being filled up..
