We love our Publix. The staff is very helpful. Almost every person working in the store says hello are you finding everything you need? Or they ask if you need help finding something. Then they go with you to find the item. But the best thing is when I buy a lot of groceries I know some is going to help me get them to when I get home the car, which means I only have to unload them

Counting change in the middle of the isle and 2 managers by the names of Anthony and Bruce accused me of soliciting and told us to leave. Ive been coming here for about 3-4 years now. This place straight up smells like old people dying in a hospital, fake smiles and shunned employees afraid to speak to me like a person rather than a customer. Over priced, and no peanut butter Oreos.

I always shop at Kroger because its always less expensive than Publix however today I saw a few items on the buy one get one free sale and now I think Im going to go on Publix . Com / coupons so that when they have these kind of sales I believe its every Wednesday I will know whats on sale before I visit

They never have anything in the deli!!! I went there on a Sunday evening around 8 and they were out of bread for the deli subs!!! SERIOUSLY?? Dont you all close at 10? Their sandwich station is ALWAYS a mess ugh I can go on and on. Oh and as for service with a smile...HA...GOOD LUCK!!!

Customer service is not a priority in any department including customer service management. This store does not represent a typical publix shopping experience.. Ill go to Aldi, Kroger, Ingles... any thing but this store I expect so much more from publix coming from lakeland

its always a pleasure to shop at Publix....staff go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction....I needed some yogurt and there was none on the shelf...they obtained the quanity I desired and placed them in my buggy...awesome

If you are in a rush, do not come to this store. Hardly any cashiers are attending any registers during rush hour. Could be forgiving of that fact if they had a self-checkout lane. But I love the subs
