Grant Park Coffeehouse is truly a little gem. It is a one-of-a-kind nook that is welcoming to both neighbors and newcomers, both adults and kids, both coffee-lovers and all you others. We described it as your neighborhood, corner coffee shop but it has some kind of pizzazz that keeps it from falling into a single defined category. Atmosphere- This is the most family friendly of any cafe Ive ever visited. The vibe once you step inside is playful: The large chalkboards that feature the days many drink and food choices are colorful, the small interior with large windows is cozy, and the wifi password is "ice-cream" in honor of this popular menu addition. With the upbeat music and a sunny day Grant Park Coffeehouse is sure to lift anyones spirits. Coffee- Great tasting coffee that comes from a provider known as "Deans Beans." Not too sure what thats all about but its a NorthEastern company so maybe its more known up there. On the day we went they were brewing an Ethiopian and a Papua New Guinea, both to my liking. Service-The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. Theres table service if you order something from their breakfast and lunch offerings. No complaints here! Location- The location is directly across from Grant Park and Zoo Atlanta so there is much to see if you want to set out on foot. Its literally on the corner under a building, making it the corner cafe. The location lends the coffee shop almost a retreat feel, perfect if you ever need to get away from traffic and city noise. Legitimacy- The menu is vast serving everything from well executed espresso to King of Pops. They cater so the food must be a hit, and fresh to say the very least. I had a scone that blew Highland Bakerys out of the water (sry). And its popular in the area--On my way to Grant Park Coffeehouse I actually got a little turned around and to my surprise the first person I asked for help told me to follow her because she was headed there at that very moment! Once you find the coffee shop youll want to stay for a while and its highly likely you come for a return visit.

Im not a coffee drinker so cant speak for it. I love the savory scones which are massive, delicious and fit for two. Ive tried a couple of the sandwiches and they are equally delicious. I feel like you get good value and quality here. I go in a few times a month and Ive always had courteous service and consistently tasty food. This is not the type of place to bring your work for the day. Its more in and out - as its tiny inside and out. They do offer a frequent visitor card and a wide array of ice creams!

Coming from the Zoo, wanted to check this place out and maybe order something. The employee asks if she could get something started for my wife and my wife said no. Then the employee said "those seats are for paying customers." She didnt even see if I wanted something! We are visitors and that is no way to make a first impression!! I know that there are many homeless people that try to sleep in places but she didnt have to kick us out like that!

After just arriving from Texas we dropped in for some espresso, & to our surprise an adorable little lady with a gorgeous smile gave us some of their DELICIOUS breakfast pockets. Not only is this some of the most heart warming hospitality Ive experienced, but the most WONDERFUL way to be welcomed to Atlanta! Delish coffee & pockets, PHENOMENAL customer service!!

I love coffee shops, but this one was pretty expensive. The staff wasnt super friendly, they were by no means rude or mean but attitude is really important for a coffee shop. I used to be a barista. Maybe it was just an off day. The location is cool and they do have a nice seating area.

The location is great and food is good but there is no sense of urgency no matter how many people are in line. I would go somewhere else if there is a line unless you have lots of time to spare. Do not come here if you have hungry children unless there is no line.

Best coffee spot around Grant Park! The coffee is great, breakfast is amazing, and pastries are fresher/better than the other coffee shops in the area. Overall much more well priced than other shops too. If you go be sure to try the ice cream, too!

Staff is friendly and good with children. Service is quick. Food is good and great post zoo. We especially love the midst carrot zucchini bread, the smoothies and the chicken salad sandwich. The patio seating is nice when the weather is good.

The inside is small but all the drinks are great. They have a huge selection of yummy breakfast/lunch wraps and sandwiches. This is our favorite neighborhood coffee shop in GP since it is easy to walk to plus has a small outside patio.

I usually get a coffee and pastry. It is very good. Their ice cream is good too. They have expanded into the adjacent space. They now have plenty of seating. It is right across from the zoo and close to the police station.

Our drinks and treats were delicious! Very reasonably priced (my specialty coffee was only $3, and our scone was $2.50). The staff was very friendly and helpful. A great place to stop before going to the zoo.

Grant Park Coffeehouse is a good place complete with helpful staff, good food, and good ice cream as well as a good sized eating area. It also has the added benefit of being across the road from the Zoo.

The baked goods are amazing, and the coffee is good too. It is a homey coffee shop that does not put on airs. It is where you can go when you arent trying to show off for the fashionable people.

Best chai in Atlanta. This small coffeehouse serves sandwiches, pastries and ice cream. Friendly staff and great location across from Grant Park and Atlanta Zoo so there can be a line at times.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The vegan choices are great. Many of my colleagues frequent this spot and no words they could use to describe the items. I can hardly wait to go back.

Across from the zoo, is the Grant Park Coffeehouse. A relaxed atmosphere with a bit of history. Stop in and drink in the ambiance along with a gummy coffee. Good drinks and prices
