Great local spot for coffee and treats! Plenty of parking in their lot too. This is what a great local coffee house should look and feel like. Nice selection of pastries. The majority of their food is made in-house and, when it is not, they will list from where it came. I have tried the bagels, biscuits and chocolate chip muffin (full disclosure...I ate one in the morning and may have gone back during lunch and gotten another... So Good!) and all are fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. PLENTY of space to sit and relax and outlets galore for your laptops and phones. Small two tops near the ordering and food/bev area, large rounds in a separate room that could accommodate a business meeting group of eight, and another separate room with comfy couches and a kids nook/reading area. Just really seems like a kind neighborhood spot. Big windows let in a lot of natural light. I know this sounds weird but I also really enjoyed their payment system...if you are using your debit or credit, it never leaves your hand. A screen in front of the register lets you put in tip or no tip, swipe or use a chip reader, then you can email, text, print or pick no receipt...little details make all the difference! Let me be clear: This place is quality over quantity. Quality takes a little time and costs a little more. Does this place seem worth it? You bet your Large House Blend with a side of Chocolate Chip Muffin it does!!!

Well, this coffee shop is in a unique location , right off Moreland . However , here is my review: Pros: great coffee, clean, nice inviting environment (building, art , design , etc) Cons: the staff are casually rude. I hate that every time I go in and there is at least one person in front of me, the young lady behind the counter talks aimlessly to them and rudely transitions over to what I want. Even seen it happen to other customers. The male Barista behind the counter is not bad, but wow, what a bad image for this small , high potential company. I hate writing bad reviews , but this needs to be addressed. And probably wont since I have seen a similar review 6 months ago.

The staff is rude and arrogant. They make rude comments to customers and in the morning dont acknowledge me and make me wait for them to stop talking to each other before they will wait on me. The staff has a too cool for school attitude that brings the shop down. I refuse to pay to be treated rudely. The staff asked me one day what I planned on doing with my day and I mentioned finishing a marathon of a show. The young man rudely told me the show was dumb and stupid. Who says that when they work for tips? Oh yea, people who dont get a tip from me. Dont go there unless you want to be ignored and treated rudely. Take your money to Joes or Drip. They arent too cool to work.

Had a meeting scheduled to meet here and I expected it to be like any other Atlanta coffee shop. However, upon entering I was greeted with an eclectic atmosphere and warm vibes. They feature original artwork that not only reflects the essence of the shop but the neighborhood too. I got the signature drink which was a caramel macchiato featuring honey and cinnamon and it was so good! I paired it with the spinach pastry pie and it was AMAZING! the pastry was light and crispy and the spinach was packed full of flavor and finished with a slight kick of spice! The staff had excellent customer service!

After being turned down from The Drip because it was 15 min before open i decides on this hidden gem. I was greeted by the most lovely store front attendants Debra and Shannon who had the most inviting, warm, and bubbly personalities while still being highly attentive. I had the turkey club for brunch along with some delicious ginger tea that Shannon recommended. Overall I couldnt be happier and will return the next time Im in town . (^_-)

Bardorf & Bronson coffee served in a bright open space. The vegan Pinapple banana bread is unexpectedly delicious. The one issue I had was that the sun can become blinding near the front window and several guests, including myself had to keep moving around to avoid it. The tables are a bit oddly arranged. The bathrooms are clean and spacious and thoughtfully contain menstrual supplies. Parking can be sparse during more crowded times.

I love everything about this place from the coffee to the people to the curry chicken patties. All thats missing is some coco bread but then how would I have room for desert? Theres a kid area with books and toys, great selection of books for older people, artwork and a venue area for atl hipster musicians. Its perfect! They do need changing tables but the individual bathrooms have plenty of space for a stroller.

OMG! I love this place. It trumps Starbucks and other coffee shops that I have visited because there is so much seating, the environment is very stimulating with original artwork and the chocolate chip cookies are a delight! I caution you though. Only visit this coffee shop if you are looking for a unique, inviting and friendly coffee shop experience.

Hodgepode is an "eclectic" cofeehouse and gallery off of Moreland in East Atlanta. One of my favorite places to visit for business meetings or when working solo. Im actually not even a coffee drinker, but their Bubble Tea is AMAZING. Also, if youre a Scout Mob user, you can get 50% off of your purchase!

Hodgepodge is my go-to neighborhood coffee shop and workspace. The hipster staff is a bit aloof and not always the most welcoming but the space is fantastic. Big round tables, lots of outlets for your laptop, art and products from a handful of local makers, Emerald City bagels.

Where do I begin I absolutely Love this place. I enjoy the atmosphere as well as the staff. The staff are very friendly and will make your coffee to your liking. Its great to see that they also help other aspiring artists by selling their stuff as well

As long as you dont just order black coffee , get the "Oh Honey!" and prepare to be hooked! Hodgepodge has a few larger sitting areas, free parking, and great service (this means A LOT in the city). Great local art there for viewing or buying too.

Love this place. If you have a friend who doesnt like "pretentious" coffee places then this would be great free them. Very laid back. Good coffee. I highly recommend the chicken patties. Paired with a ice coffee its a good cure to a rough night.

This place is bigger than it seems. It had a great atmosphere for me to sit and work on my homework on interrupted. I was able to order my coffee and get it quickly. The service was very friendly. I enjoyed my experience very much.

Great place with good coffee. You can get a lot of work done with ease. The only downside is the sun in mid afternoon. They dont have anything else blocking the sun so, depending on where you sitting it could be uncomfortable.

Delish food made with fresh ingredients. The coffee is so good, I bought a bag, switching from the starbucks coffee i drank at home for over a decade. Go on the weekend when the kitchen is in full swing with hot breakfast. yum!

I had an opportunity to do a journaling class at this very cute cafe. The coffee was smooth and the environment was warm and friendly. This is the perfect place for artist and laid back folks looking to have a good time.
