Worst service ever. Waited almost an hour for a table when they said 30 minutes.....that wasnt a problem! Asked when the table would be ready an 55 minutes after i put my name on the list and they said, we paged you a long while ago but can seat you know......great! Sat down and 15 minutes later still no waiter in sit. The table next to us got seated 5 minutes after us and there order was already taken. Again....im sure they were busy and it can happen anywhere. When i spoke with the manager (the one with the funky mustache) he apologized a trillion times and saod he would personally take care of us. Took our order and poof....disappeared. Never saw him again. 15 minutes later my daughter get her chicken and waffles and they were really good. She loved every bit of them! 50 minutes later....and now im beyond upset our food finally comes out. It was okay....i had c a cobb salad, big so worth th $16 i guess and my husband had the grilled cheese (forgot its menu name) really good for $10. Finally i guess our official waiter decides to show up....he did a decent job but by this time, im aggrevated, got a headache and still wondering where the heck is that manager who claimed he was taking care of us. Very disappointed. We eat in the Wynwood areas 2-3 times a month coming from Fort Lauderdale and I have never had such poor service. I can sadly say (sad because the food was good) that I nor my family or friends if I can help it, will ever eat here again.

I was really excited to try this place after reading all of the reviews. The dick or looked cool. The waiter showed up and said hed take care of us and offered to get drinks. Finally another waitress came and took our drink order and I put in the order for appetizer. It was half an hour before we saw it and we had to ask twice for silverware before we finally got any. It was an hour before our entrees arrived and the waiter, Joshua spent more time flirting with the other waitresses and female customers than he did waiting on tables. One of my Fat Boy Burger finally arrived I had ordered it medium well and it tasted more medium rare but I wasnt about to send it back after an hour wait. We were told that the kitchen was short-staffed with only two Cooks but that doesnt explain the poor service and waiters not stopping by the table. Our water glasses were never refilled and by the time we finished eating we had to sit around another 20 minutes waiting for the check. At that point I called over the manager and explained the list of what went wrong with the meal. He caught the meal but the overall experience is not something Id go back to repeat

The chicken and waffles are to die for. However, the service was pretty awful. It took our waiter 20 minutes to come back to our table after we ordered our drinks to tell us that they were out of the beer we ordered. This was on a Wednesday when the restaurant was fairly empty. When our food got there I asked for syrup for my waffles and by the time I got it my food was cold. After we ate we got handed a tablet to pay our bill and were being charged for the beer that they didnt have. It took another 20-25 minutes to get that figured out and then the waiter watched as I paid my bill to make sure I knew how to leave a tip. 15% tip was not an option so when I asked him if there was an option to write in the tip I wanted to leave he rolled his eyes and said these are the only options (18%, 20% and 25% I think) Needless to say I ended up not putting the tip on my card and leaving him his 15% in cash (which I still dont believe he deserved.)

Party of 12, we made reservations for 8:30 but when we got there, were told there werent any tables ready? Making reservations was pointless and tedious, required sending an email and getting it approved for over 6 people so that in itself was a complete waste of time. Waited forever for the food, appetizers themselves came pretty late. Ordered a burger well done and it came back medium. I didnt send it back because I didnt want to wait any more. Afterwards, splitting the bill was a problem, had to wait over 30 mins for that to happen. Atmosphere is great, but food is sub par and pricey (Yeah I get it, its in the middle of wynwood.) Only went there for a special occasion, wouldnt go there on any other given day if I was hungry. 3 stars because even though the service was slow, they did try to accommodate us as best they could. Check this place out if you have alot of time to kill, DEFINITELY GET THE MAC AND CHEESE.

Customer service is horrible!!!! First time i went in bartender was extremely rude (which was shocking because bartenders are generally very friendly). He was getting an attitude because i attempted to order something i saw on the online menu. After a little back and forth he finally acknowledged that the menu online wasnt updated. I decided that this incident may have been a one off scenario. So i went back today to attempt to get a quick brunch while i was in the area. The same bartender, the same bad energy and then even the manager had an attitude when i asked if there was a purse hook at the bar when they needed the seat next to me for another customer. I will never pay to eat there again. Customer service to all customer regardless of race or income should be paramount. Especially in an area like Wynwood. So disappointed that this is how they choose to run their business

Based off of the 4 star rating, the location, and the beautiful decor inside I expected this place to be delicious. I was very disappointed when my sandwich came out burnt...I mean BLACK. I asked the server if the sandwich normally comes with burnt. He said "sometimes". I sent the sandwich back to get remade and kept the soup which was given to me without a spoon to eat it with. Finally my sandwich came out. I was not delicious. He never asked us of we wanted more drinks. 2 out of the 3 bathrooms were out of toilet paper. When I went to tell the hosts about the lack of toilet paper I recognized that it was the very person I who was in the bathroom prior and never thought to provide the bathroom with more toilet paper. Moral of the story is the staff arent great, and the food is not worth it.

On Sunday September 4, 2016, my husband and I went to this restaurant. The hostess was busy tending to a couple that she proceeded to sit. When it was out turn, the hostess indicated as we approached her that the restaurant was closed. We could clearly see the restaurant filled with people and that she just sat two people on a boot in front of us. When we inquired about this, she stated that they are only taking reservations and that couple had reservations. We indicated we had reservations also, she then said that the kitchen was backed up and that they were not taking any more reservations and that was why the restaurant was closed. At that point we left and for sure will never be back to that restaurant again. Mayra Joli, Esq.
