Terribly disappointed. I live 45 minutes from my nearest starbucks so I was very excited to be staying at my parents only 10 minutes from one. It was my first time leaving my newborn, Im out with my toddler and I order my first ever waffle cone Frappuccino. I see a drink put on the bar and its white and has a hair on it and I think to myself, well Im glad thats not mind. Then I realize the last two letters are "Le" so I looked closer and realized its my name. I asked the barista about the drink not having coffee and I guess for some reason the person taking the order wrote no coffee on it. So she takes my drink, the one that has a hair on it, pours it into the blender, adds coffee and pours the drink into the same cup with a hair on it. Having been a barista for over a year in the past I know this changes the potency of the drink because that amount will not fit in the cup thus forcing some to be dumped out. I asked for a fresh drink and she said it wouldnt be any different, I was like well either way theres a hair on it, could I please just have a new one. She takes it, goes to make me another drink and says, its funny because no one there has hair like that (making it seem like shes accusing me of the hair). Mind you she has black curly hair and its a black curly hair on the cup and I have blonde hair. And in that time another barista comes over to show me two Frappuccinos she just made saying that theyre all that color excetera excetera, when it wasnt even the color I was questioning, it was the potency of the drink that I just ordered. I get my drink, it tastes flavorless, barely any caramel or waffle cone on top. Obviously I had annoyed them in some way even though I try to be as kind as possible about it. Ive never had an experience like this at a Starbucks, always the best customer service.. And I dont want to go back there, because I dont want to deal with those two baristas again. I called to try to contact the manager, left my name and number but he never called me back. So I came on here to leave a review. Just so disappointing of an experience. I would have bought so many more drinks there on this 10-day stay but instead Ill just have the memory of the one. Whats really sad is I grew up here and this used to be "my" Starbucks Id go to before classes at USF, from the time this starbucks opened until I moved. I visit my folks often and am a true starbucks addict, so this was just so very disappointing. -Nicole B.

I must thank publicly the wonderful barista who found and sweetly set aside, my little girls earrings that she left in the bathroom by accident. They were super special Disney earrings. The lovely young lady remembered us, put them aside with my name on them ( which she remembered too). When we frantically came back an hour later there they were. I forgot to catch her name but she was working Monday night around 5:30. My daughter and I thank you from our hearts. Kindness is alive and well.

Service is extremely slow. How does it take 10 mins for 2 grande vanilla latters. Baristas looking confused and lost and no one has any sense of urgency with anything. I was a Barista for a cpl years up north and I would have never been allowed to much at a snails pace. Please correct this issue. On top of that not a single person has a smile on their face.

Awesome store. I dont care what any snob says. If you come to relax for a few hours with free wifi, the coffee is worth the price of admission, with cheap refills and super nice employees and community that comes here. best Starbucks in the Brandon area, hands down, and I have been to several. Plus they usually make the coffee better than most.

Constantly out of the same product. I have been to this Starbucks at least ten or more times now and only once in those 10+ times have they been in stock with the tomato and mozzarella panini. Thats kinda ridiculous. I get running out of a product but the same one every time??

This location is very small but they are quick to get the drink orders done. Every now and again parking can be a pain in the butt because there are quite a few businesses in there. Theyve got a decent sized outside seating area for the size of the location.

Love the staff here!!!! Always friendly and the drinks are always on point! Lynn is the best associate here!!!! She would be a valuable asset to Starbucks Corporate Office as a VP of Training & Development!!!

Great cappuccino, fast friendly service. Very busy spot in a popular plaza where parking can be at a premium. Fast wifi to access the Internet while enjoying your cup of coffee.
