Weve been looking for a good pizza place since moving back down here three weeks ago. We just so happened to get their flyer in the mail and it looked good so we thought we would give it a try. After all, online ordering was offering free garlic knots. We also got their coupon for get a second pizza for $5. Little did we know the first one would be $50!! Got your attention? Their website would not allow me to enter any coupon codes and I couldnt get any further worth my order so I had to call. We ordered a 14" pizza with the second for $50, we still got the free garlic knots, 12 wings, and one grilled chicken Caesar that cost $11! The lettuce was regular iceberg lettuce, no parmesan, the chicken was frozen prepared. $11 for a bowl of iceberg lettuce! Ive never been so disappointed over a simple salad and especially at that price. The wings skin was slimy, gross. Almost like youre skinning the chicken yourself. My advice if you still want to try it, order small first stop you dont waste $50 and your time.

Called and spoke to a nice gentleman about what deals they offer with wings and pizza, I told him Id call back in several minutes once Ive decided. I called back and a rude guy stated they didnt have any of the deals that I was just told. After the person I previously spoke with told him he had just spoken with me he said those are coupon deals not in-store deals (that was not explained to me previously). It could have been handled differently than stating there were no offers at all.

While I was in the hospital called to have pizza sent to my room, after a hour later I get a phone call from the driver saying he cant walk up to the room even so security approved him going up. He lost out on a$30 order and a$10 tip. I called dominos no problem! The pizza was probably as good of better then Westshore. I will never go back there again. There are too many places that want and need our business

Worst baked ziti Ive ever had. Ive had better frozen TV dinners. Worst garlic knots made of puffed dough saturated in a greasy bath with a spongey consistency. Pathetic cesar salad which consisted of iceberg lettuce, wilted sliced tomatoes and diced white onions with a packet of dressing.. That I was charged extra for.

Dry... I ordered a philly and paid for extra cheese. There was hardly any cheese at all...it was so dry, I had to put mayo on it. The fries werent good either, I threw them away :( Ive had other West Shore locations before and they were really good.

I really expect better from them. I guess I an just used to better pizza from other locations. Westshore is good pizza. Just not this location. Also the condiment section next to the fountain had rotten looking mustard.

Food sucked,place was dirty the bathroom looked like it hasnt been cleaned in years and got super sick after eating here! First time here and will NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN come back!
