Food definitely has gone downhill. The last time we went in there I ordered the food 30 minutes before I even got there sat there for 30 minutes and they brought out the garlic knots not to mention they were cold and doughy. Then made the excuse that they were saucing our wings and they would be out in a minute we ended up leaving. Well today I was hungry and decided Ill give them another chance and try it again today. The garlic knots where doughy and not even fresh like they just came out of the oven got them a second time and they were still doughy Ordered a pizza from them and the inside of the crust was not cooked all the way through as well as the middle of the pizza. Took the waitress 10 minutes to even come out from the back for me to tell her that something was wrong. Never got an apology just told her that I dont want it. And not to mention when I got there the sweet tea was completely watery so I ordered a raspberry tea and the same thing overall not happy with my past experiences with this restaurant at all

This mom and pop pizzeria is more than just pizza!! I love just everything on this menu! The garlic parm wings are perfect. The calzones are the bomb. The Italian dinners and garlic knots are fanominal. The salads are not small, they are LOADED with letuce and toppings. The pizza is out of this world. The desserts are the best way to compliment and fish you order, if you can find room (I eat mine with my left overs the following day). Not to forget the appitizers- large portions that do fill that hunger void...The price is moderate however the freshest ingredients are used and they DO NOT skimp on portions- you definatly get what you pay for here. I would recommend everyone give this spot a try. Its a "mom and pop" place that serve their owe recipes to their community. Thank you Alphss for continuing to share your recipies, using fresh ingredients and for not decreasing your portion sizes over the years- H

Yesterday I just called there and asked regarding subs & calzones and the lady whom answered the phone wasnt very customer friendly at all! Her tone of voice was as follows when I asked about the 2 above: Our Subs? (Sarcastic tone of voice) Our calzones? (Again with sarcasm?) What else do you F-- want now we are busy, as you can see Im having to put on hold... UGH! I understand that business are busy, however theres a line between customer service & just nasty attitude, theres no reason for the lady to answer me in the way she did, very unpleasant! I told her that I wasnt interested in her frustration at work. And as a result of her nastiness & being unprofessional I ordered from another local Italian restaurant thats more customer friendly unlike what I just experienced with your place, youve just lost a customer for good because of your lack of customer support!

im actually pretty upset lol.. my boyfriend waited at work for delivery cause they dont deliver to our house and ordered a simple buffalo wrap (toasted) with side of bleu cheese (their bleu cheese is amazing the only reason i eat their stuff) and it took an hour to get to him then it was cold and could tell it was probably sitting in the drivers car for too long. the wrap and the fries both cold and sadly although the receipt says bleu cheese..they gave us ranch which was my biggest upset cause i only eat the wrap with their bleu cheese and although the receipt had it correct..whoever put the items in the bag did not do very well matching receipt to the food. also, the receipt says "dont toast" for the wrap although we specifically ask for it to be toasted..lol..ughh so yeah they fully screwed up on this one.

best Chicago-like pizza I have found in the area. Their wings are sooooodelicious they are sinful and my favorite garlic -parm is so good I soak italian bread in the leftover butter-garlic-parm sauce.......so finger lickin good. I also ordered the Alpha house pizza, this pizza, I highly recommend, ample toppings, flavorful and a great price, less expensive then most for places for an everything pizza. Thin crust is excellent better then most I have tried, the toppings are chopped up which I like because I always believe that when you chop up all the toppings you get the combined flavors of all ingredients instead of only one flavor at a time. try this place I have frequently ordered from here and have never been disappointed.

The place is about five minutes from my house but I ordered delivery and it took over an hour (maybe they were just busy). The pizza was horrible, grease dripping through the box and the pizza itself was so thin you could actually see through it, the crust was like a rock. The calzone was pretty good and a fairly large size but a lot of it was dough as opposed to the filling. The wings were the size of chapstick tube, Ive rarely seen wings that small. The one stand out area was the bleu cheese sauce for the wings it was the greatest chunky bleu cheese Ive ever had and would order that exclusively in any future order. I wont order food there again though I will stop in for the bleu cheese.

I ordered there last night, and I pulled up THEIR menu, that they have posted to their website. Which shows 50 wings for $35, the George 16 inchpizza for $17, and the antipasto for $7. When I get there to pick it up, EVERYTHING is a different (more expensive) price. I question the young lady, and even show her the online menu, and she shrugs her shoulders and says oh well. I ask the owner to call me, as I ordered over the phone, and he never called me. Needless to say Im very disappointed.

We love the pizza there but recently the food and service hasnt been up to par. The last few times the pizza was burnt. I just tried calling, was put on hold for 5 minutes and all I wanted was to talk to nick because he said he wanted to give us a couple free pizzas for all the hassle. Well he wasnt there and the girl on the phone was soo rude... we understand that youre expanding your business to other locations but something has to be done with these employees at this one... thank you!

managament needs to retrain staff on how to deliver each item the customer orders. on a handful of occasions now they forget to check and make sure the correct dipping sauces are in the bag but still have no issues charging for the sauces. im not sure what the communication problems are there but this has happened far too many times causing my food to be cold and unenjoyable because they forgot my sauce or have to run back to the store to get it. its very frustrating.

Great pizza! Weve tried several in the area and this is by far the best. We ordered a cheese and chicken fajita pizza. Both had an amazing crust- crunchy and perfectly thin without the toppings falling off. The chicken fajita was so interesting and delicious-- they do not skimp because it was loaded with chicken!!! The garden salad can easily feed 4. It had fresh vegetables and the homemade dressings were really yummy. Cant wait to try more here soon!

We have eaten in this place several times and we have had delivery many times. Love the food but their delivery has a lot to be desired. A phone call to the clients letting them know they are under staffed and overwhelmed would be appreciated. We waited 1 3/4 hours for pizza. No pizza is worth that wait. We try to eat local as much as possible. But when you wait that long dominos would be better than that.
