The food, and decor are good but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The server took our drink order after we had been waiting fifteen minutes, then forgot our drinks. The manager noticed, coming by to get our drinks and said he would comp them. When the server came back she took our food order, then another 20 minutes later came back because the "cook" was having problems with the appetizer and wanted to know what we ordered again. We repeated our order. She left. We finished our drinks, and almost our waters. All the other tables got bread but we didnt. Finally, after almost an hour we got our appetizer, and another server brought us bread. Then after another 30 minutes our food finally came. By this time, our alcohol drinks were finished, and our waters diminished as well. The server asked if we needed anything, and I told her Ketchup as well as water because we were out. She never came back with either. I got our Ketchup from another table, and had to get water from the bar after giving her 15 minutes. Finally she came back with our check, not even noticing we has plastic cups of water from the bar. We still tipped her, but the minimum of 15%. Had we not been at the restaurant for 2 hours, and needing to be on our way, we would have spoken to the manager. Oh yeah, and the drinks that were supposed to be compd were on the bill. I dont recall her name, but she was older with brown hair and brown eyes. It can only be assumed she was having a completely off day, because it was by far the worst and most absent minded service I have ever received. She never once refilled our drinks, and that is completely unacceptable as a server.

This is one of my favorite places in the Tampa Bay area! The beer selection here is off the charts! The servers and bar staff know their stuff, and they can recommend a perfect beer or cocktail for you! The bar is well stocked, and they can make just about any drink that you can think of. The food is absolutely amazing. This is hardly your run of the mill pub food. I have never had anything here that wasnt absolutely amazing! The pot roast tacos are my favorite thing on the menu. They will let you sub any side you want, and I always choose the macaroni and cheese. This is NOT your run of the mill mac and cheese. The servers here are amazing. I have been in hotel and restaurant management for twenty plus years, and I would be proud to have any of these servers on my staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and VERY fun. They are light hearted and just a pleasure to do business with. They must treat the staff right, because they staff here seems to LOVE their jobs. I come in and out of Tampa several times a year, and since International Plaza is right next to the airport, this is where I head for my last meal as I head out of town. I always eat half of my meal, and tell them I am going to take the rest of my meal on my plane trip home. They pack it up so well for me, that nothing spills or mixes on my shuffle to the airport. I NEVER give a restaurant 5 stars, as I am very very picky about where I eat. This place EARNS the five star rating I gave them. Funny part is, they dont have to work to earn it. It seems to come naturally.

The Pub offers a good selection of beers. The food wasnt that great however. The fish and chips were bland, thickly breaded and poorly cooked. I asked the waitress to show the on-duty manager the breading from the fish that almost completely fell off the fish and was raw and still gooey on the inside. The waitress was nice, but nothing ever came back from the manager (no table visit, no comment, nothing). I expected to pay for it no problem but some feedback would have been nice. The guy at the door ushering people in and wearing his kilt had the worst body odor. You could smell it all the over to our table by the bar. There are really no good kid choices - understanding its “The Pub” so no biggie - just a heads up. If you want good fish and chips I would recommend “Maddogs and the Englishman” on MacDill Ave in South Tampa - they get it right. The place has a nice decor - but we wont be back, to many other good beer joints in Tampa to waste money here. I gave service a "2" because the waitress was really good - but the kitchen staff and manager not so much.

Server was a nice guy. However the food was disgusting! Old nasty unwashed lettuce was inside my lamb burger! Basically the guy who cook doesnt wash the vegetables!!! They served me the garbage!! They should throw bad part of the lettuce instead of serving to the customer!!!!!!! I didnt go there to eat their trash! I sent it back right away than manager came to say sorry and offer me something else in the menu. The food disgusted me once so I said no. Manager was also nice but.... I would not recommend to anyone and never go back there!

Been going to this place for over a year and they were much better when first opened. Since then, the food quality and beer selection has gone down hill fast. Service has degraded. How do you mess up a simple hamburger and serve me 5 fries with my order and give me a lame excuse about how the kitchen has been "changing things up". Id say changing sums it up, as I will be changing my goto venue at International Plaza to Bar Louie across the walkway.

I’ve given this place 4 different chances because I would like to like this place but can’t. Simply put, if you like tables that rock sit at their high-top tables, if you like the smell of bleach sit at their bar or high-top tables, if you like the smell of garbage sit at the bar that faces the entrance to the mall’s food court, if you like slow service sit anywhere, if you like some detergent taste drink out of one of their glasses.

Stopped in after the Outback Bowl on New Years day to watch some football, have dinner and a few drinks. I dont remember our waiters name, but he was outstanding. He provided an excellent description of all of the meals we asked about and even had a thorough knowledge of the drink menu. We had an excellent time and the atmosphere was perfect. I will definitely stop by again for dinner if I am ever in the Tampa area.

Food was decent, but compared to every other British pub in Tampa this came in last. Food was overpriced, and they hardly give you anything. Definitely not the amount they show you in pictures. Then the male waiters look foolish because every single one of them wears the kilt Wrong. It goes around your waist, not hips. Is googling how to properly wear a kilt too hard? Guess so, since the service was lacking anyway.

My wife and I came in to watch a World Cup match on a busy Saturday afternoon. Despite being a packed house, they were able to seat us in under 15 min with a great view of the game. Our server, Alex, was outstanding and the food and drinks were excellent. This place is well worth the price even on the weekend (no happy hour, full price drinks/apps). PS: Dont leave without trying the bacon-wrapped dates!
