If you work for a company in a corporate office, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I was a loyal customer of D & D Deli. They have the best lemon pepper chicken wings around and they used to deliver quickly. I work for a nearby corporate building that requires me to come to the first floor to pick up my food. I always give them my cell phone number so that the delivery driver can call when they are near and I can promptly pick up the food ordered. I pay their drivers upwards of 30% for their delivery and I have always been satisfied until last Friday 11/15/2013. I placed an order for 10 wings. They already had my address on file and they confirmed the same meeting spot that I have ALWAYS come to pick up my food- on the first floor at a bank entrance. Its the only main entrance for this bank. There is only one entrance, one parking lot. I work on the 6th floor of this building. When the delivery driver called to say that he was waiting, it was 1.5 hours after I had placed my order. He was very difficult to understand and when I went to the bank entrance (2-3 minutes after he called), he was not there. I walked around my ENTIRE building at night looking for this driver and he WAS NOT THERE!!!. I called him a second time to see where he was and he was off the side of a street where there is no banking entrance and he specifically stated that he was at a bus stop???? I called him a THIRD TIME It took another 10 minutes just to get my order and by the time I got my wings, they were cold. I still paid the driver for his trouble and made no complaint about my wings. I call to place an order again today (11/20/13) with them and the MANAGER SCOLDS ME for taking 20-30 minutes to come down stairs and blamed me for having to comp other peoples food because I took TOO LONG TO MEET THE DRIVER AND THE DRIVER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT. First of all, I was where I was supposed to be and it did not take me 20-30 minutes meet him rather it took me 20-30 to FIND THE DRIVER. So not only did I pay to play SCAVENGER HUNT to look for the driver that was already late delivering my food, but additionally was not at the ONLY ENTRANCE THAT THIS BANK HAS and I get REPRIMANDED because their driver was at the bus stop on the corner of the bank- no where near the entrance of the bank upon which was originally agreed! IF YOU WANT TO PAY FOR FOOD FROM PEOPLE THAT FAULT AND BELITTLE THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR DRIVERS NOT FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE BY ALL MEANS, ORDER TODAY! I caution you that they will scold you like a child and make you feel awful if their drivers do not understand where they are going. There are several businesses where I work and I hope they dont get chastised for taking too much time to CHASE THE DRIVER!!! I loved their wings but WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THEM AGAIN IN LIFE! This should make their job much easier. I am a good person and would never make anyone wait for me but this company really made me feel like a misbehaved child and NO PAYING CUSTOMER SHOULD EVER BE MADE TO FEEL LIKE THAT!!

Banged on the door and I was greeted with yelling from an older delivery man accusing me of having the gate locked (was wide open, still is) and that I gave the wrong number (when in fact he wrote the number down wrong by switching two). I was embarrassed infront of my whole apartment complex and this man basically tossed me my food without giving me a glance and stormed away! Was very upsetting. Should have never given a tip! Ordered once and never again, Id rather order from pizza squared where I get a pleasant attitude and non mediocre food that doesnt take over an hour to get a gyro (which they used the wrong sauce by the way) down the road.

If I could give the biggest 0 ever ...Dont order here ever less u want to die of starving horrible horrible horrible delivery service ,probably the worset Ive ever seen ,took 2hours and 20Mi to deliver my small meal ,if u want to starve order here!! I order twice from here worset ever never again or a 3rd time horrible horrible and customer service extremely rude they give u attitude when u call ask how long even though youve been waiting two hours for smallest meal in the universe you guys suck hire more people

It takes a lot for me to go online and complain but this place used to be good. Apparently theyre under new ownership who sucks. They refuse to answer the phone and if youre lucky enough to actually get a person on the phone for a delivery, they wont bring it to your door. Past ownership was head and shoulders above these clowns. As I type this they are supposedly open yet no one answers. Do not order from these scumbags.

The food there is pretty great. At worst, its a 3/5 and itll definitely satisfy your hunger and when its good its top tier. Issue is, they just suck at delivering and Customer Service. The delivery time can take anywhere from forty minutes to 5 hours, especially if you order online. If youre ordering from them. call by phone and tell them what time you want them to be there, and even at that, dont get your hopes too high.

I love love love this deli. Weve been ordering from there for years, we eat there almost everyday. The food is delicious. Its always streaming hot and fresh. Delivery is fast. The entire staff is super nice. I recommend the chicken cordon Bleu, the wings are to your liking, and the French fries are my fav always perfectly seasoned. Thank you all at D&D keep up the good work.

I have been a customer here for years and while the food i awesome, the deliveries can take forever. Knowing this I always call in advance, anticipating the extended wait time. Today however it took 2 hours for a $10 sandwich, my order was incorrect and I was asked to call the store to provide my card information for a second time. Not pleased, will not be returning.

D&D Gourmet Deli is coming back. After the dirty service that Hany Farouk treated his customers he has been kicked out of the store. A legal action against him will be pursued very soon. Now we are doing all what we can to get D&D Gourmet Deli good reputation back! Try our food service and I guarantee that you will love it.

We used to love ordering from this place and the food is excellent but delivery sucks it takes them 3 hours to deliver? Somethings nothing right with that twice now it has taken then from 11 am when we order to around 3 pm to get the food maybe they need better drivers or management you lost us as a customer.

Philly steak tasted good, until the next morning... So greasy the bread was like bad French toast. I had diarrhea all day. Literally made me sick. I don't suggest this place. Stay home and drink a few shots of oil.

i will never order from this place again. every time i order something they get it wrong.i had a salad and the lettuce wasnt washed (i was chewing dirt) plus they always forget your drink..just a terrible place
