I am at the one at TIA airport. The cashier was very nice. The staff was a little overwhelmed with making all the specialty coffees and kept a line. I ordered a plain to help eliminate some of the line but I did order a breakfast sandwich. The lady that handed me my sandwich acted as if it was a burden to her to have to bring it to me, but I couldnt crawl over the counter to get it, so....... the sandwich was dry and there are no condiments like mayo or mustard available. And with the way my sandwich was delivered I was afraid to ask for some. I was also severely disappointed in the coffee, it was not good :( I doctored it with sugar and a creamer (which I try to avoid at most all costs) and still it was far from enjoyable and mildly palatable. Once you enter this area (due to construction) you are severely limited as far as options, so it would have been nice to enjoy a cup of brew before my trip. I try to support local instead of big business shops, but this was not a very pleasant experience.

Ordered egg & cheese on a bagel and earl grey tea. The tea was good but the food was awful. Mainly, bland and cold. I would not go out of my way to eat here again. If they want return patronage, they need to beef up their service. No joke....

Really cool owners--I have had the pleasure of meeting them there. They are affiliated with a solar-dried, all-woman co-op down in Honduras. Thought that was pretty awesome.

Overbrewed coffee w grounds and who knows what floating in my cup, no cream, no stirrers, poorly placed, dirty cream/sugar counter. Back to Starbucks or other.
