My son suggested that I cator from Chipotle when I was having a party for 20 out of town friends the night before a wedding we were attending. I didnt even know that you catored and I was skeptical at first. But he was right .It was perfect,I was supplied with everything I needed like warming trays to keep the food hot, all toppings, and bowls so you could make up your own thing. I had bought extra chips and guacamole at the grocery store, because I was afraid Id run out,not necessary, you gave me tons of everything. Even have little printed cards so guests knew what everything was. And everyone raved about how good it tasted. Made a great presentation, also I had a vegan and a vegetarian,which is a problem when entertaining and they could eat too. Best part I enjoyed my party and wasnt exhausted from cooking all day. Thanks Chipotle!!

it is ridiculous how many times Ive placed a to go order and its been wrong lets say out of 10 10 have been wrong I cant understand how hard it is to put beans in a burrito if I were to build a house and there was no floor there would be a problem so when I ask for cheese i want some damn cheese try hiring somebody thats not in middle school very very poor not mad at the food not mad at the filthy establishment just want my order correct once again I order a to go order seconds ago and of course it was incorrect what a surprise poor mannered employees now Im going to go drown myself

Ordered a burrito bowl yesterday, and the order wasnt exactly what I asked for. I was surprised, because I order burrito bowls through the app somewhat often and they are always 100% on spot. I called the manager Adam today, and he was super helpful and even made time to speak to me when I dropped by tonight (regardless of them being super busy)! They went out of their way to fix the problem, and comped my dinner tonight! Needless to say, impressed with the customer service and will be back!

This location always has staff problems. Its either their crummy attitude or the way they sloppily put together your order thats infuriating. Online orders are never correct, theres always something missing or something thats not supposed to be there. At times they dont seem to even listen to you when you dictate what you want. You say sofritas, they go for the chicken. A robot could do their job 1000 times better.

This Chipotle is like all others in terms of food. This location can get very loud during busy hours. Also, there are very few tables available inside. Outside there are plenty. The line goes through the table area and its not uncommon to have people hovering over your head while you eat if its busy. Id recommend getting your food to go or sitting outside at this location.

I love the food here. So much in fact, I eat here up to three times a week. But, they are skimping out a lot on the food. Sometimes I am lucky to get a full scoop of chicken. I am at the point where I may not go as consistently anymore. When I pay for double meat, I expect double meat. Rude customer service. Half the staff doesnt understand English

Beware while you eat! I got not only 1 miscellaneous item in my bowl but I lucked out with 2! Hard plastic tiny piece & a big plastic piece. Not to mention a shitload of fat thats always attached to their Carnitas. This location is usually busy, and staff are slow to clean tables. Food is usually decent. And your chips are usually stale!

NOT GOOD! Ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl online & went to pick it up. Got back to work & proceeded to eat and got sick from all of the fat that was on the chicken. A little embarrassing spitting my food out at work. Thank god for the Chips & Salsa that I ordered or I would be hungry til dinner. Ten dollars down the drain. #hungryatwork

This location usually has an excessively long line. Its faster to order online to pick it up in 15 minutes instead of waiting in line for 30 minutes. However, if you order online, they still might not get your order right, despite it being printed out in plain text. I like their food a lot, but this location is the one I avoid.

Who doesnt love Chipotle? This location is always packed, but the line moves very quickly. UTC is a great place to shop too, so its a great place to do lunch before heading over to Super Target or Best Buy. Usually pretty easy to get parking fairly close by, which is more than can be said for the Chipotle on 301.

I love Chipotle, but this is the worst location in the Manatee/Sarasota area. Rude staff and managers, sometimes the food tastes a little "off", and they ALWAYS skimp on toppings and give attitude when you ask for more. Go to the Tamiami or Cortez locations instead.

Fast service, and you get a lot of food for less. Their burritos and bowls are packed with fresh tasting ingredients. They may be a little bland compared to traditional mexican food, but still good. This branch in particular has lots of seating and great staff.

Ordering online or using the mobile app is the way to go here. Like most chipotle establishments the lines are long during rush hour meal times. Staff are friendly, place is clean. Its also a pokestop for those that are looking for that.

Absolutely no customer service! It took 20 min to get my food. And every table was dirty. It wasnt even busy at the time. My burrito burst open when they wrapped it and just handed it to me like it was ok. Food wasnt worth it.
