This was by far some of the worst Latin food I have ever tasted. Please disregard the owners message about the sandwich press. I personally witnessed French Fries going into the microwave in order to melt the cheese, and the fries were clearly out of a package. Additionally, the kettle potato chips came out of individual bags served to customers. Lastly, The Cuban was nothing more than a ham and cheese sandwich. This was the first food truck I ever visited, where the grill was not even in use! On top of all of this, the service was painfully slow, as the owners werent experienced enough to associate names with orders! Please stop making excuses and put some "amor" in your food and it will speak for itself.

Food was being prepared from a microwave. Cuban sandwich was a joke (missing pernil). Food preparer was also the cashier and didnt even say thank you and I had to ask if he was taking orders because he was busy yet he made no acknowledgement that I was waiting for my order to be taken. Save your money and go to a real Spanish food place! Definitely not with your money!

I had the Cuban it was great and my wife had the Spanish Rice with Caribbean Chicken....I visited the Truck at my apartment complex and everything was great. They had a long lines but we waited and it was worth it. Come back soon!!!
