Not sure what has happened over the past few months but unfortunately Beach Pizza has lost a long-time customer. In the last few months, the front line order takers are downright incompetent and rude. Placed on hold without a greeting and then very long holds. The order is taken in grunts and when go to pick up the order the same rude service is given. No eye contact is made from the front desk and when a customer asks a questions, responded to rudely. Add to that the orders are being messed up. Last time I asked for a cheeseburger and got no cheese. This time I asked for sun dried tomatoes and got regular tomatoes. I would consider taking on the very mean front line service, if the pizzas had continued to be nice and cheesy; but even the pizzas have gotten to the point where I am asking, "wheres the cheese?"

Our family has consistently ordered pizza from here over the years. Lately however, our orders have been missing items, and the quality has decreased. In this evenings delivery, our 10 wings were only 8, and they forgot our hot pepper flakes that we had specifically requested. I know this sounds small and unimportant; however, the last four orders have been missing items, and one order took over one hour and forty-five minutes to get here when we were told forty-five minutes. Whats worse, the guy delivering our food tonight smelled like a Turkish hashish house. I feel like the six dollar tip on the twenty-eight dollar order was way too much. I cant see our family ordering from here again. Weve now been burned too many times. Let this be a warning to others, too.

We have a daughter that has a lot of food allergies (beef, dairy, egg, peanuts, treenuts, lamb, shellfish, shrimp, etc). and rarely gets to eat like other kids when we are on vacation. We called ahead and asked Beach Pizza Plus if they could make a pizza that could accommodate those allergies. They told us that it should be no problem. We dined in and my daughter ordered a pizza with red sauce, no cheese, and ham. It was a wonderful experience as a parent to watch our daughter act like every other kid on vacation as she smiled and devoured the pizza that Beach Pizza Plus made for her! We will be back every time we are in town! Great staff with great customer service!

Theyre good but slow. The food Ive tried: burgers and pizza is good, Id say the burgers are very good but they always seem slow - very slow for lunch. Even when they dont seem terribly busy it just takes a lot longer than Im used to for 2 slices of pizza. And the staff isnt as warm or friendly as youd think at a location like this in the beach. Still good enough for 4 stars I guess, I debated between either 3 or 4 stars and asked my dad what he thought, he said 4, so 4 it is. Very good burgers and good pizza with room to improve.

Visited Beach Pizza for the first time and loved the pizza and wings. The girl running the front registers was kinda rude (like she had better things to do than be there) and didnt pay attention to our order. When we corrected her about our order she didnt change it in the computer and just shrugged her shoulders like it was nothing. When our order came out to the table wrong the back staff jumped right in and fixed it immediately. It was AWESOME! Will definitely be REPEAT customers. Its not fast food but GREAT food!

Have been staying in Redington Beach in the fall for the last five years. The very first meal I have every time, as soon as we get settled in our condo, is Beach Pizza. I am totally ruined for all of my local, northern Indiana, pizza joints! Absolutely the best pizza in the area...my opinion. Like it so much I have a pizza box lid hanging in my garage with my motorcycle memorabilia and my bikes. Its January 3rd and Im already looking forward to my fall visit. Yall ever mail a pizza? ;) Excellent!

Really unhappy with the service here. We placed an order for delivery and were told it would be delivered in 45-60 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes, they called us and said they do not deliver to our location. Our only option was to come pick it up, or place an order at another location. We decided to pick it up to avoid another 45 minute wait. Even when I expressed frustration with them waiting 40 minutes to tell us, they offered nothing to make it right. I will not plan to return.

Took 2 1/2 hours when originally told one hour no more than one and a half . When delivered, guy told us that he saw we were locals and recommended we, "pick up a spatula" because they were so busy. Do not support local companies that cannot appreciate your business and loyalty. Will not order from beach again! Super disappointed. Get your pizza from Slyce or anywhere else in the madeira area.

if you like delivery drivers that do not like doing their job profession and likes to curse at you likes to go against your policies of the establishment that theyre going to please choose them their drivers are horrible at customer service we have attitudes they bring your product cold so if you like horrible establishment that treats their patrons like garbage please stop by

Yumo!!! Delicious pizza with high quality cheese and sauce, plus a chewy delicious crust. They also have a menu of other tasty items. Chicken fingers and honey mustard are a fave. I also love their greek salad and the meatball sliders. Their marinara dipping sauce is some of the best Ive ever had. I am looking forward to trying their tiramisu!

Pizza was hot and great! Service was terrible. From sassy and sarcastic people over the phone I could immediately tell that they were rude and terrible service. The delivery man was awesome and politely called us when our pizza was ready so we could devour it on the beach! I recommend the garlic breadsticks!

Ive been getting Beach Pizza for a couple years and they never disappoint. The only thing that I wish they could do is make their delivery a little bit faster. It usually takes 45-65 minutes at dinner hour. Sometimes worse during the busy season. Their pizza is great! Make sure you get the garlic sticks!

Its a noisy laid back pizza place run by young people. They are polite but not always professional but not in a disrespectful way. I like it because their attitude is part of the atmosphere. So for what it is, its great. I love the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Its not fast-food nor waiters. Its in between.

Great spot for a quick slice near the beach. Good price and lots of non pizza items that I look forward to trying in the future. The pizza is a little bit greasy for my taste which I imagine stems from their choice of cheese and nothing sinister (Im a little picky here, most wouldnt care).

Food is always decent, service is terrible! A bunch of rude 15 year olds answering phones. Leave you on hold, then hang up on you. I was loyal for years, stopped for a couple months, now I remember why. Step up your phone system, or they have this new thing called "online ordering".
