Editing my review to say that since my last review (9 months ago) the Leisure Club has been a consistently wonderful place to eat for brunch or lunch!! My absolute favorite so far is the apple gouda grilled cheese sandwich. I even chose this restaurant to visit with my mother on her birthday. As I said before, the choconut is my favorite drink there. They have made it perfectly every time since. I want to try other drinks, but I dont want to miss out on this delicious and refreshing beverage! Recently on our latest visit, my mother and I had a slightly poor experience. I had the crab cake poboy which was completely full of shell. Several times I was worried I had chipped a tooth due to this issue. The wait staff I brought this issue up with seemed to take offense to this, saying he had made them himself several times. I gently let him know that id never had an issue really worth complaining about. He seemed to understand and made me something new for no cost! This was very gracious and I appreciate the gesture. Despite a few bumps on that visit, the wait staff was pretty polite and understanding. I havent had an issue like that with the crab cake poboy with anything else on the menu here. I would highly recommend. It can be very busy here and the prices are high, but I believe its well worth it. They always seem to somehow have enough seating. Dont forget theres a drivethrough! The pictures uploaded are of the crab cake poboy and the Thai soup which was delicious. While the crab cake poboy completely fell apart when I was trying to eat it, and full of shell, the grilled cheese was on point.

The Leisure Club is totally unlike anywhere else you can find in Pensacola. It has a hip, urban, contemporary atmosphere while still being relaxed and a perfect place to settle in and enjoy time with friends. Its a wonderful place to have a delicious cup of coffee and work or have a business meeting and its also a great place to head in the evenings for their wine specials and live music. Leisure Club is a coffee shop, wine bar, and cafe. I think they succeed in all of these roles. As a coffee shop they are second to none in Pensacola and beyond. They have by far the best coffee in the area and it is prepared by the cup- this does take longer if youre used to the gas station, Starbucks, or a diner where the coffee sits for hours. They grind and brew each cup just for you so it is incredibly fresh. I love their drip coffees and espresso drinks. They also have delicious smoothies and chai. As a wine bar they have really unique wine selections that are delicious, not the same old thing you sometimes find in Pensacola. They also have some delicious craft beers that you can enjoy in a nice atmosphere (unlike hopjacks or ozone which tend to be super loud and overly crowded). To top that off I actually think their food is quite good, well proportioned and well priced. Their brunch is really delicious, their sandwiches are quite yummy (i like the Cagrese and the Amore). My favorites on their menu though are probably the cheese platter (which is quite big) and the ESPRESSO COCOA TORTE which I have dreams about. Check it out you wont be disappointed!

Went for brunch with the little one. Cute little cafe. Decent seating inside and outside. Sit where you prefer and was greeted immediately. FYI they only had 1 high chair. I got the 2 item meal - biscuit and gravy with Belgian waffle with berry compote and whipped cream and powdered sugar, served with country potatoes. It was definitely enough to split with 2 people. The waffle was nothing special, didnt taste homemade like. The biscuits and gravy was delicous and nice and hot, very filling. The potatoes were seasoned and cooked to perfection. I noticed that they did serve coffee, mimosa, frappe, dessert, and other items too. Loved the open decor and the colors. Nice and clean establishment. I noticed that they had drive thru too. Will definitely return.

Ive been to this place twice. First time, the A/C wasnt working, but I understand, things happen. The coffee was okay--had sort of a weird aftertaste. That being said, because I only tried the coffee the first time, I went again today. The Mattwich was good, but the slaw was weird, and I was served this disgusting cucumber water. I wouldnt normally complain about the price, but at least have a better side. The guy who took my order was very friendly and helpful, and everyone there seems like they like their job, so I will come back at least one more time, maybe for the bottomless mimosas. Well see. There is still lots of stuff to try, so I wont write it off just yet, and I do love the location. Jasons Deli, so far, still beats it.

I really really want to love this place, but the service is always poor. The staff is never unfriendly, but they all seem like theyre in bad moods and inconvenienced by their patrons. Theres just no sense of urgency at this place. I dont need my server to be gushing with phony friendliness, but I could do without the apathy. Ive been a server for over 10 years so I understand what it means to prioritize and multitask and they just dont have it together. Food aways takes too long and theyve messed up on my order a few times. The coffee is great no doubt, but its not enough. Ive never yelped before, this is my first time reviewing a restaurant and Im only doing so because I want this place to get better.

Upon arrival this little gem stands our amongst a strip of office buildings. You might be sitting here like, well how good is a place really going to be next to all those offices? And Im gonna tell you its pretty god damned good. Its kind of a hipster looking joint when you walk in, very modern/contemporary design. They have a variety of coffee, and smoothies as well as a brunch menu to rival any business in town. For 12.99 i got a toad in the hole, biscuits and gravy and home fries. Our waitress wss fast and attentive. For a Sunday morning it was not busy, we could sit where ever.

Coffee is solid, other than that its a bad idea. Service is slow, food is over priced and poorly made, menu is limited, and repetitive. In a shop with no more than 10 other guests I waited 15 minutes for an on tap drink(Nitro Cold Brew), an hour and 15 minutes for a sandwich, soup, and a salad that I payed $15 for. The soup was hardly edible, sandwich was no better than Panera bread, the salad was the highlight of my meal and thats not saying much. All in all if you need coffee and are near the airport stop in but if you need food dont waste your time or money here.

The first time I went to this place, the only table that was available was dirty. When I asked the girl behind the register if the table could be cleaned so I could sit down, she told me she was too busy and handed me a wet rag to clean it myself. It was truly one of the rudest experiences I have ever had at a restaurant/coffee shop. Too bad it was my first impression, cause it doesnt really make me want to go back. The coffee was pretty good, but a little expensive and the sandwich I ordered tasted ok, but also was too expensive for the unmemorable taste.
