Visited twice- Thursday afternoon (4/6) had a pleasant experience. Coffee was good, service was good. Went back Friday morning was first customer. Young (early 20s) lady was incredibly rude. Terrible service, wouldnt make eye contact, and completely rude. I watched her interaction intently with other customers, and mostly rude unless she knew them. Customer service is not the line of work for this person! I can only assume she is one of the owners and cannot be terminated.

This place is within walking distance to my parents condo. Decided to give it a try because of the reviews and was quickly put off by the barista who took our order and the "owner" The barista never once made eye contact and barely spoke two words to us when we placed our order. Not the person you want behind your counter representing your establishment. Good communication with your clientele is vital and this place epically failed.

Stopped in to quickly buy a bottled iced tea around 4:45 on Monday, May 1. Waited for an extremely long time while an incredibly rude barista avoided eye contact and never acknowledged us standing at the register. We gave up waiting and left. I am new to the area and will definitely not be returning to this coffee shop. Its a wonder that they have any business at all with such rude staff. Very disappointing.

Great coffee and atmosphere. My only gripe would be about some of the service Ive received. I waited while a barista chatted with a friend at her table for a few minutes and then came to take my order. Not the usual friendly service Im used to there. The barista seemed underwhelmed that we were there. Not very friendly or attentive, but overall this is a great little place to have coffee and hang out.

Yummy espresso beverages. Love the iced mocha (I usually get it with the whole milk - creamier with the added benefit of being organic ;-) ). Dont get me wrong, the cold brew, nitro and just plain espresso are delicious as well! Dont like coffee but happen to love tacos for lunch? Glad you said so. They have Rishi tea and they have great tacos - at least I think so! (Just wish they were open later)

The coffee here is really good! The baristas are well trained & efficient! There is outdoor seating and the location between the marina & a park provide nice peaceful views. The owner is extremely nice. When we approached him about having a get together in front of the business, he didnt hesitate & accommodated us 100%! I highly recommend this location for coffee with a friendly atmosphere!

I have an obsession with coffee shops and this place is by far the best one Ive been in. Workers are very fast, professional and friendly. They serve all kinds of coffees, teas and food. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating and a beautiful view of St Andrews Bay. The decor and vibe of the place is awesome! Will definitely be back again!

This is the best coffee place in Panama City. The staff is super great and friendly. The coffee is always perfect. Theres a perfect view of the bay outside the window, and nice outdoor seating. They have cute little events often, and the other week I went to a great art show they held.

Very rude staff. The baristas made a persons drink in a smaller size that was in my group and refused to fix the problem. When asking multiple times politely to fix the wrong drink, the baristas continued their refusal and used strong negative language to the group member.

Very good. Great for real coffee and espresso lovers. Excellent espresso (classic and modern style drinks) nice variety of food, and even a craft beer or two. Across from the marina and the seashore. This place is cool.

Its no Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, but its a nice place to sit and read my paper and drink corporate chain coffee. I will usually buy a small item to use their internet. So, they have good wifi.

Great local place to hangout. Very friendly staff. Good coffee and great food. Not sure they are healthy, but they taste great. Nice decor inside. Located in historical St. Andrews area.

Good coffee and free Wi-Fi. It never really feels comfortable, though - all the seats and benches are hard and it lacks the warmth of people and decor you expect at a small coffee shop.

Mostly the people are nice but just not very personable. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing and quiet. Most of the coffee is roast quite light but nice. Food is good but a bit pricey

I got a coffee of the day and i did enjoy it. The clientele, menu, and decor are a little to "hipster" for my taste. Ill come back again but I prefer a more traditional café.

A diamond in the rough. This place seems almost out of place. Its precisely on par with the best coffee shops in San Francisco and NYC. Im so glad this place is here.
