I come in on Christmas Day at 12:15 and I dont know who that dark skinned kid is behind the bar who is totally anti social but I came in trying to get my drink remade cause it tasted like flavored water and I didnt pay 6 bucks for flavored water but I paid for coffee, an iced latte that is supposed to taste like flavored coffee and not flavored water, but the kid despite my expressing dissatisfaction stands there looking at me and didnt offer to remake it only added shots on top and charged me and needless to say I threw the coffee out as soon as I walked out. The manager is not very intelligent obviously, TOO MANY people are unemployed for him or her to be hiring these antisocial kids who have no idea how to treat a customer who just spent more than 6 bucks on a coffee they didnt drink. Whats worse is he began to gossip about me to his coworker, as Im sure he wasnt saying good things about me, all I know is I was being criticized snd judged and possibly cursed for wanting to have my coffee remade. Great job manager! You really know how to hire people.. Never stepping foot here again, but its not just myself that I come get coffee for but my entire company sends me to pick up coffee for them wherever I go (because they know I only drink quality coffee), and Dunkin Donuts it is from now on because they at least remake everything thats not done right. And if they hire young people its always social optimistic type not a guy who makes it obvious that I am so problematic for not wanting to waste 6 bucks. I mean if they remade it 3 times and I didnt like it I can then see the criticism. But not in this context. No. I never complained about waiting 20 minutes in the drivethrough because its Christmas, so that was called for and expected, I was happy to see them open to begin with and the long waiting time I repeat, was expected on Christmas. Having to throw away my coffee? Not expected.

I was very excited they moved the location to one with a drive thru. The location before you could never find a parking spot. Well...now the drive thru is always wrapped around the building. It is incredibly SLOW! They never get my order right. So I decided to try the Mobile App. It worked once. After that I have paid for breakfast for 2 and 2 Venti Lattes 3x and when I get there they say..."Sorry...our Mobile App isnt working." At that time I cant get in line and wait. So the other day I talked to the manager who said they keep calling cooperate to fix their Mobile App but there was nothing she could do. She suggested I call the Customer Service# online. I did. But that was on the magical day of 4/12 when all the systems were down because they were switching to the new rewards program. So...I had no record of my purchases. The representative did offer me $25 on my Gold Card...which was a nice gester...however she asked me if I would like to speak with the district manager and I said yes. She said it would take a few days. I still have not heard from him/her. Today I went through the drive thru...waited 15 min for an Iced Tea...and my order was wrong. I give up!!!

Twice in a month I have stopped at this location to get coffee. Both times the drive-thru staff was to preoccupied to properly record my drink order of an ice coffee with cream and sugar. Both incidents they served me light cream no sugar. Also we ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was cold in the center. Hard to return the items when you are halfway down the Veterans expressway when you realize their lack of attention to details. Honestly, I would avoid this location. The morning staff spends more time conversing than concentrating on their obligations on the job. The 20 minute or longer wait during the work week isnt worth the money or time spent to just have your order requests ignored.

This Starbucks has some of the most amazing employees. They are always very friendly and courteous, especially with my 7-year-old daughter. Recently I was in and wanted a FL Starbucks ornament. They looked in the back for me and couldnt find one. One of the employees told me that she would keep looking and if she wasnt able to find one that she would get one from another store for me and have it the next morning. I thanked her and left. I then came in the next day and she came through for me and I was handed the ornament when I walked in the door. Thank you so much for showing that great customer service still exists in this world!

It took this store over 20 minutes to prepare 3 iced drinks. They only had one person making drinks and he was too distracted by an off duty coworker who was standing up at the bar talking to him and constantly distracting him. It took 3 people to takes orders on only one register, rather than have 2 people making drinks. After waiting for 20 minutes and finally asking where my drinks were, they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The manager did not manage their rush well and should have been more understanding for the significant delay.

So I just went through the drive thru at this location. There were three cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes.. not happy, but I really wanted my frappacino so I thought its ok will be worth it. WRONG!!! When I ordered I asked that they add a shot of espresso to my frappacino which is how I always order it where I normally go. When I got my drink not only was there no shot of espresso in it, which I payed extra for, but it was very watery tasting. It was so nasty tasting that I just threw it away. I will NOT be going back there!

Staff is fantastic! But for anyone who is thinking about purchasing the $40 refill cup for January each year it is a waste of money. You literally can only have a plain coffee or plain tea dont ask for ice wont happen. This is the third year I have it and I told my husband not to bother purchasing it next year. They have three coffees you can choose from and a handful of tea bags that can be made at home for Less Again the staff at this particular Starbucks was very nice.. its a corporate-wide issue

This is my new frequent home Starbucks since I moved over to this side of town a year ago. They have gotten my order wrong 5 times. They r always nice tho n make it up on my next visit. My last home Starbucks had only ever gotten my order wrong once in the 4 years they serviced me. I am a gold member and I prob get a free item every two weeks. Thats how often I go. For the most part tho this location is clean , fast and friendly.

They cant get simple orders right. Out of my 3-4 visits here where I order the same "trenta black iced coffee", ive gotten hot coffee, tea, and dessert before they corrected it. Never have I been told "its on the house" for these screw ups, instead I get "oh we thought it was a...." I will drive further off my route or go to dunkin from now on.
