I did not get to eat ay this establishment. There was an emergency with the Greyhound bus breaking down, and the bus driver went inside to let the personnel on duty to know that Greyhound would be paying the bill for the passengers on board. At first the manager on duty stated that she would be able to fix french fries and chicken strips. She was on the phone with her manager for about fifteen to twenty minutes to tell us that we had to wait three hours for her manager to come in because she did not know how to apply the tip for a large party and that we were suppose to call in advance for a large party. She was rude rude rude

My favorite place to eat at late at night. After watching a UFC event at the Abingdon Cinemall Ill held down to Bristol to grab some grub at Perkins by either getting the southern fried chicken biscuit platter, the hearty mans combo or the tangler burger. Ive never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes, at that time of the night (1-2am) you can get a raucous bunch of folks inside there (no surprise, on a Saturday night to be particular), but outside of that I have no qualms. I just wish some of the prices were marked down a couple bucks, but beggars cant be choosers.

I got one of the 3 egg omelettes with breakfast potatoes and a apple cinnamon muffin, the omelettes is not as big as some other places but they make up for it with the muffin size, the thing is almost its own light meal. Some may complain you cant get fat kid overstuffed here on main course alone... But as my grandma used to tell me... Thats what pie is for, and they got a good # of pie options. Alas, I did not have the appetite to get the pie slice as well this time.

I found a hair in my food. After telling the waiter, he offered to fix the food again and take it off the bill. Fine. The couple across from us decided to tell the waiter that I had placed the hair in my food. This was a complete lie. I dont even know those people. It took twice as long to get my new plate, but I was very afraid to eat it after what had happened. Insisted on paying for the meal. The waiter was extremely rude about it. I will never eat here again.

Service was terrible seen waitress 2 times during the visit no refills went to pay bill 30 some odd dollars for two hamburgers and fries tea and water didnt leave a tip of course when I looked at Bank statement they took a tip ended up being 42 dollars for remember bad service and two hamburgers never. Again

Food quality was good but quantity was smaller than expected for price paid. I very rarely finish meals when I go out to eat, but in ordering the Butterball Turkey Meal I finished it and had room for dessert (lemon meringue pie which was excellent!).

Restaraunt was almost empty waited 5 min for someone to take us to our seat, waited 30min never even seen our server to even get drinks. Never have i been so disapointed witb service that we walked out. Will never go back.

Good little joint for 24 hour food. Hostess seemed off but the food was great. Great being, the hash browns were legitimate hash browns and theverything pancakes were nice and fluffy. Shame I dont live in this state.
