Dont go to cayard restaurant if you are hungry. The wait is just unbelievable even when you go for pick up. Their oils are so dirty almost everyday that it gives the fry plantain, and chicken an after taste. The fry plantain comes out dark thats how dirty the oil gets sometimes The cakes are pretty good, and not expensive. Real Haitian cake. They have a $3 fry plantain and chicken legs I guess thats what keeps people coming because the WAIT is not worth it.

Food is great, cakes are beyond awesome but the customer service is terrible whenever you go there plan to spend a min of 30 min just trying to order. Plus online and on their door it says they close at 9 but by 5:30 they already getting ready tp.close and stop taking orders at 6. If they can improve their customer service this place would be beyond amazing

I dont care how good your food bread or what ever your serving is...if your service is krass I aint buying and this place continuously regular or not has poor service would definitely not recommend coming with a friend you will be greatly disgraced nice food bad attitude and service and it says you will spend 20 minutes no you will spend minimum and hour

Thus far everything taste great. My favorite is of the griot, which is always fresh and nicely marinated and seasoned. The rice is to die foer ( except for the time I received under cooked rice). Party platters are also sold at a great price. Only 4 stars due to wait time but what do you expect where great good is sold.

We had fried plantain and chicken. Food was delicious. Well seasoned and flavorful. Grabbed a baked bread to go. Looks good but havent tried it yet. I think this bakery has a new owner because google has it listed as permanently closed but they are open.

Their food taste good but customer service is very bad, if you dont give tip to the girls, they memorize your face so every time you come they serve the other people that they know for sure will leave the $2 tip.

Foods are great but they make you wait for a long time like 25-30 minutes even when you order on the phone. When I go there I expect to waste up to 30 minutes but again the foods are really good

Best Haitian food near by, but customer service is not important to them at all. Call in your order then wait 2 hours to pick it up, then wait 30 min when you get there to pick it up.
