1. The person taking the orders was seriously unable to understand what I was asking for. I asked her to repeat my order and she couldnt so I hung up the phone. So after trying for 10 minutes I gave up. 2. 20 minutes later this horror movie lunatic is calling my phone asking me to come out and pay. I explained I never finished the order and was sure whatever was in the bag was wrong 3. THis lunatic demanded I came outside to pay. And started arguing with me. 4. I called the manager and explained the situation. He started arguing with me and asking me for a card to pay for an order I never completed???? You are all a bunch of lunatics . Seriously the worst unimaginable service I could even dream of. This guy calling my phone over and over again is something out of horror films.

Hoy, 12/30/2015, llame a Asahi, para hacer una orden y la mujer que estaba atendiendo el telefono, fue muy grosera. Ademas, me dijo que se tardaba 35 minutos, llame a los 45 minutos y empezo a gritar y decir que se iba tardar casi una hora, al momento de llamarla despues de 45 minutos, no habian empezado a hacer la orden. Le pregunte por el manager y dijo que el no trabajaba ese dia./

This has been our go-to Chinese restaurant for the last three years. In a world of mediocre Chinese food, I am grateful for Asahi. Using the standard metric for judging Chinese food, The General Tsos is as good right out of the refrigerator the next day as it was when delivered warm and gooey the night before. I order the Generals bean curd and have found no comparison anywhere in Florida. The tofu is firm and spongy with a crispy exterior. The sauce is sweet and perfectly warmly spiced without being too spicy for sensitive palettes. The lo mien also stands head and shoulders above competitors with a savory slurp unmatched by anyone anywhere. The rice is always sticky and the prices are good too, especially if you take advantage of the combos and dinners.

I ordered food for my friends and i on the 23rd of January after waiting forever the food got there and of course it was wrong. The meal didnt have tge egg roll that was placed with tge order and the rice that i was told only comes with carrots and peas had bean sprouts in it. I called to express my dissatisfaction with the service after having tip the driver for food i couldnt eat and the Very disrespectful staff member very rudely decided to argue with me as opose to a simple Im sorry and how can i fix the problem. This place needs better staffing or if that was the owner it needs ro be shut down. I will never order AGAIN my entire order was wasted because no one hate the food that was purchased. But its ok. They wont be getting my money anymore.....

I was trying to order but before i even could the cashier walks out of the restaurant, that was fine. but i was in the middle of completing my order and she WALKS OUT AGAIN. ridiculous. i had to repeat myself countless time to her and her children were in the front of the restaurant running around, i get that times are hard but it is so unprofessional to have two little girls with videos on blast yelling mom all the time. Not only was the customer service terrible but the food was completely tasteless and an hour after eating their food, everyone that eat food threw up. Never going back. Btw the bathrooms smell like something died in there and its just disgusting.

Absolutely Disgusting! GARBAGE Chinese Restaurant, which is exactly where the food I ordered on Sunday went! Shrimp egg roll had nothing in it but some Grey cabbage & two rotted matching grey shrimp on either end of the roll! Next, Their "Jumbo fried Shrimp": I specifically ask "Is it real shrimp?" They say yes but IT IS NOT SHRIMP! Its Some kind of tough crap meat they must buy in bulk and color to make it resemble the seafood family but as soon as you take a bite you may not be sure what in the world you are consuming but 1 things certain, IT AINT Shrimp!!! Can Not believe this place is even in Business!

Your standard Chinese menu, with pretty good food. However occasionally you will come across a woman taking delivery orders who seriously has a problem understanding English. Look Im not knocking her for being Chinese and having a thick accent or anything like that, but if your going to provide your customers the best service you can, it would help if the people taking your order can understand what you are saying, what you would like to order, and control their tempers, and not tell customers to "stop complaining" when you are trying to clarify your order.

Just received order that was placed for delivery. Ordered Shrimp Foo Young with Shrimp fried rice instead of white along with a side order of Crab Rangoon. The portion was good enough but I was very disappointed in the complete lack of flavor. I have not tried the Rangoon yet but I am not getting my hopes up too high. We just moved from West Palm Beach and I was excited to finally have a Chinese Restaurant that delivered (It took longer than the pizza my husband ordered for himself) but in the future I will definitely be trying another Chinese place.

This restaurant has tasty food however if you get past the terrible customer service and actually stick around long enough to order: hopefully you dont find flies in your food like I did. This may have been from the fact that they continuously leave the backdoor open, which leads to the garbage outside. I am happy that another type of bug wasnt on the menu that night but I still had to throw away my food. So if your "ok" with bad customer service and bugs in your food. You are in the right place!

THIS IS THE BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT EVER! THE FOOD IS AWESOME... THE MANAGER IS SUPERB,VERY FRIENDLY STAFF ANSWERING PHONE IS VERY FAST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ACCOMMODATING TO ONES LIKES. FOOD IS FRESH, HOT AND DELICIOUS! WE HAVE BEEN GOING/ORDERING FOR 3 YRS AND NEVER BEEN LET DOWN. RECOMMENDED FOOD IS BEEF WITH OYSTER SAUCE AND IS VERY FLAVORFUL, WON-TON SOUP IS FRESH AND HUGE, CHICKEN WINGS ARE WELL SEASONED AND EGG ROLLS ARE DELICIOUS AMONG MANY OTHER THINGS TO LIST. 10.•:*¨¨*:•.Stars.•AAA+++.

Worst experiance ever in my life! I order chicken fried rice and a spring roll. The chicken tasted old and the roll was recooked and very hard. I called to let them know the problem. When i returned the food and receipt they took the food and started poking through it. Then told me I cant get a refund because i didnt have a good enough reason and threw the food on the counter. I called the police but was told no crime was comitted and to call the BBB.

I have been to this Chinese restaurant over 3 times I was just trying to prove a point to a friend and thats the only reason why I went there the third time, they have no respect so disrespectful! Worst customer service ever. The lady at the front needs to be fired or go work in the back. She always have this horrible disgusting look on her face, as if she is mad about something, I would never go back.
