Went there for lunch. But took it to go and didnt check it. The order was not what I had paid for. From work I call Luis a manager who said when I can go back he would take care of me. So I went back tonight and two managers made my order right and than really apologized. Anyone can make a mistake. My mistake was not checking my order. I let myself get in to a big hurry and rushed back to work. I will be back to this Pollo Tropical again soon. They are popular and the lines form quickly but the lines move fast. Everytime I have gone there is always a line of three to ten people. I have tried most of the food and everything was delicious and none of the food upset my stomach like from some other fast food places nearby.

Food is great, one of my favs! You must check your order before you leave though because they may leave something out. Usually the place is comfortable, but today is freezing because it is not so nice outside. I told the cashier (no language barrier) that she should tell her manager they should adjust their thermostat and she looked at me like I was from Mars. Their customer service is really never top notch, theyre polite but do not show you that you matter. In a restaurant it is more important your customers are comfortable, not necessarily your staff. Otherwise, run two separate systems for cases like this.

Ya esto es a lo cubano ya. Cada vez que voy dan menos. El muslo con encuentro que dieron parece de un pollo criado en una bañadera en la Habana. No dan el pan . Parece que se lo llevan para la casa. Dejen de robar ya y respeten en dinero que uno tanto suda.

Pellejo Tropical! Pedí carne de puerco y me dieron pellejo quemado, pedí puerco porque el pollo tenia un olor extraño y partes crudas la última vez. Me cansé. Las ensaladas dan pena. Se acabó, no voy más, es como un comedor obrero.

Good overall restaurant, I really dislike how sometimes we will come and they will not have a product essential to pollo tropical such as white rice. Sometime the chicken is not to the best quality and usually itll be a little not as fresh but we are still regular customers and we will not stop coming. But if customer service were to be improved a little and freshness of product and cleanliness, it would be a 5-star pollo tropical

Horrible experience, dirty, nasty food, no flavor, the fans were on and in less than a minute our food was cold, had an argument with one of the ladies who serve the food, she was disrespectful to me, she doesnt know about "the client is always right" especially that lady named Elena ... we are not coming again for sure! Got to the drive thru at 12:50am which they close at 1am and Im honking to get their attention since no one is attending the drive thru so I drive up to the window and Im knocking and honking till 12:59 till someone finally answers and say theyre closed. I asked them dont you close at 1? And the answer I got was "yeah but theyre really busy"...

The costumer service was horrible!!!! They treat us as... For asking questions about the menu, then the food was cold... And the person who clean the restaurant smell so bad!!! First you have to prepare your self before working. The restaurant was really dirty!!! This was our first time in this place and I will never come back!!

Conveniently located. Plenty of parking. Clean and bright. Really good fast food, although I found the menu a bit confusing. Food was hot and delicious, and the sauce station and condiments were plentiful and fresh. Fully handicap-accessible, although sidewalk cutout was a little tricky.

I ordered a large carribean soup, it was all juice two small pieces of chicken (hard to chew) a few pieces of vegetables and rest was liquid. Taste was not bad. I also had a tres leches (the bomb) always good and fresh.
