Its a small ice cream shop inside a Dunkin Donuts. They had a nice selection and the staff was friendly and efficient. It is not clearly labeled as a Baskin Robbins, however. There is a small sign for "EZ BR", which can be seen from Lake Mary Blvd, but you cannot turn directly into the parking lot from Lake Mary. As you approach from the access road in back along the Home Depot parking lot the building is marked only as a donut shop. Even with Googles help it was hard to find.

Ran out of chocolate ice cream wtf!?! Ran out of cookies and cream ice cream? Ran out of waffle cones? Ran out of peanut butter ice cream? Ran out of pistachio ice cream? Well wtf do you got? Then to top it off you want to cop an attitude when I asked you what you do got? Terrible service too?! wont be coming back..7:50p 7/7 drive thru. If BR is really out of those - fire manager. If the lady in drove through was full of it can her. .

This is not a full Baskin Robbins but rather a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins combination shop. Great service and friendly helpful staff. Only about half the selection of flavors of a normal BR. The eating area was nicer and more spacious than a typical BR shop.

I ordered a 2 scoop hot fudge sundae. They had no whip cream or hot fudge. What kind of ice cream place has no hot fudge???? Then the guy gave me attitude to boot. Are you kidding me? Stay far away from here.
