Came in from out of town. I was so glad to see it since I no longer have a Krystal in my town. The Burgers were fine. Pups were fine but the new Vidalia Onion rings were either not fixed right or they just forgot the onion in them. I ended up taking the onion rings apart wondering if they had the composite onion bits in them or if it was just one or five or them that were like that. I made my non krystal connesuier husband finish them as I am not a fan of rings of fried nothingness. Yall might want to get some real Vidalia onions and put them in the batter?? eh?? Im not mad it was just a major let down since they sounded so good. If this is a corporate failing, get with it...there was not even one molecule of real onion in those things. It was not all bad the STAFF WAS DELIGHTFUL, and the bathroom was clean and the drinks were strong and good. All in all a good location too!

This is a good location with very helpful and respectful staff. Thats something I cant say for most other fast-food places along that stretch of US 90. Ive read some of the other negative reviews on here, and they are just plain wrong. If you dont like this Krystal, then you just dont like any Krystal restaurant at all. Go try the ones in Gainesville or Jacksonville if you want to see really bad, uncaring service. There is nothing wrong with this location.

When I was growing up White Castle was a big deal in Kansas City. I have had a Krystal at an airport location, but my niece never has. We were on a road trip, and we saw this, so I thought I would take her. The food was great, but the service was beyond horrible. The restaurant was empty, and the clerk took forever to take our order. We waited almost 20 minutes for our food, which is pretty bad for a fast food restaurant.

We waited over 30 minutes for 12 Krystal burgers with cheese and two fries. Several people that ordered behind us got their orders before us. It appeared several peoples orders were wrong and no one took the time to just stop and get things figured out. I understand this is fast food and I shouldnt expect restaurant type service but my service yesterday was very poor.

Terrible. Waited for a 30 mins to get food then it was all wrong. Then another 35 for the right food. Still was terrible. Food all over the floor and milk left out on the counter and only one woman running around trying to do it all. I even took pics because of the nastiness.

Employees are generally very friendly. Restrooms and dining area are clean. Can get pretty busy which makes leaving difficult due to the parking lot size. Suggest during busy times to park at the mall lot and walk over. Food is good and prices are pretty decent.

Went to get an ICEE and had to wait for several minutes in the drive through. The employee gave us the drink at no charge because of the wait. It was very nice, and ironic for us because we had debated on spending money on such a thing.

the instore menu is horribly unattractive or without details that you want i step in for a moment and walk right out -- they do however have an excellent breakfast in the morning for real eggs and grits and toast but is customizable
