We were seated and told our server would be right with us. After a 25 minute wait we informed the hostess our server had not been to the table. The waiter came out and apologized stating there was a mixup in the kitchen. Ok, I understand things happen. Then we order drinks and tried to order since we already had 25 minutes to decide. He said I will be back to take your order. Came back with drinks. We ordered an appetizer and tried to place our food order as well which he again stated he would come back to take. At the hour mark we received our appetizer and told bread would be right out. After 15 minutes, still no bread. Asked the server he stated he would be right back with it. After serving drinks and food to two other tables he came back to fill our drinks and still no bread. Finally received bread right before our dinner was brought out. Poor service continued. Received our bill and the happy hour food items were at full price. Waited 10 mins for the server to return to inform him before my husband and son decided to go outside while my daughter and I waited. After another 5 minutes I finally asked the hostess if the man wearing the blue shirt was the manager. I approached him and informed him of our experience. He apologized, confirmed our bill was incorrect and stated he would remove the items completely as a courtesy for the issues we encountered. When I received my corrected bill all he did is credit us the amount we should have been billed in the beginning. It was only a $10 difference so the money was not the issue. The issue was the continued lack of service by both the server and the manager. I have dined at many Bonefish locations (several times), and this is by far the worst service I have ever received. The unfortunate thing is although the food is great we will not return.

Took a friend in for a Kobe Burger and later apologized to my friend foe a horrible experience. If you cannot cook a medium rare burger please get the hell out of this business. We ordered 2 burgers med rare and got them 45 minutes later, well done when asked for the manager a very nice host boy showed up and informed us that manager is also a managing partner, and is too busy to make a table visit and right away asked if we wanted them taken off our bill, and that was the only solution offered, Our server who was out standing kept apologizing and gave us the heads up that no matter what we did the manager is not going to show up because this is not the first time this has happening, every time there is a problem he never comes to the table. The extremely polite host boy gave me managing partners card (Jeffery Sparks) and informed me that he is also our Kitchen manager and is too busy to come out and tell us why our burgers were gray through and through were the to old and turner gray or they did not have the skill set to produce a med rare burger, perhaps they were too old and time and temperature abused, because they didnt even once offer to cook another one and perhaps save a sale and a customer. At this point we payed for our drinks and the appetizer and left. Oh!1 by the way the polite and nice host did offer to buy us another set of a appetizer we told him he was very kind but we will pass on it. So we paid for our apps, and drinks and left never,never to come back.

Made reservations for 4:30. Arrived and was seated within 2-3 minutes. Off to a good start after getting soaked by a torrential rain that occurred just prior to our arrival trying to get from the parking lot to the front entrance. Waiter introduced himself and said he would return shortly with bread and pesto. Looked over menu until he came back with bread. Placed drink and food order. Drinks arrived within 5 min. Place not too busy so it was nice. Began eating bread but noticed the oil and pesto were extremely salty. Bread was decent but over-powered by the salty pesto. Then the food arrived about 10 minutes later. I was dumbfounded at the portion size. We both ordered the shrimp and scallop dinner. We asked for another plate of bread as we knew we would need it after seeing the portion size. My 5 shrimp would fit inside the palm of my hand with room left over and the 4 scallops were barely bigger than a quarter. Then there was the taste. NO FLAVOR! Scallops were bland and slightly mushy. Added salt and pepper just so I could taste something. The shrimp had some flavor only because it had the sauce on it. Steamed vegetables were tasteless also. While the service was okay, the portion size was minuscule and the flavor was...MISSING!! $75.00 wasted. Wont be back!

Perfection at its finest!!! I was undecided on where to have dinner this afternoon. I made the last minute decision to come to Bonefish. No regrets, the best decision I made this year! I was led to my table promptly. After 30 seconds, someone brought bread out to the table !!!Immediately!!! before I could even order! We were greated by a wonderful waiter named Colton! By far our best waiter all year (restaurantwide). Colton exceeded our expectations this evening! He replaced our water about every 5 minutes, giving us multiple rounds of bread, updating us about our order, ect. Very youthful and fun to talk to! Great sense of humor, knowledgeable about his product and visited our table numerous times! My Saucy Shrimp was spectacular!!! The owner of this location delivered my plate with great respect. He ensured me that my dish was cooked to perfection and redone until it was gotten right! I topped off my dinner with key lime pie! Colton was very humorous and continued to deliver premier customer service past closing time. Our experience was excellent!! I look foward to having Colton as my waiter next time! Called and placed a to go order approx 4:05 pm and was told the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived about 20 minutes later and was told they did not have my order and would fix it right away. I agreed, walked around the shopping plaza for 20 minutes and returned. yet again my order was not ready but they required I pay for the order at that time, then 30 minutes later my order was ready. I feel my treatment was due to my race and that they would not complete my order until paid in full. My order was less than $20 and I am a 38 year old professional African American woman. I am not a teenager who has time to waste playing game or ordering food I can not afford to pay for, I will never visit this location again. Minorities of all races beware of your treatment at this location. In addition, the ahi tuna was completely overcooked and the bang bang shrimp cold.
