Llegamos a las 9 am, y el inepto que atiende, no habia preparado la mitad de los ingredientes, todo el tiempo nos atendio pesimo. Es un completo cabron que deberia irse a ver tv a la casa en lugar de atender publico, y dejar que alguien que de verdad quiere trabajar ocupe su puesto

Worst subway Ive been to. Sad this place is even in a tourist area to begin with. The two guys who were there just blabbered about how much they hated being there. We got treated like we didnt even exist. Truth is you chose your job no one forced you to apply there. You choose to stay there if youre not happy leave instead of disrespecting a customer and being a humiliating face of a company. As manager of a company this is just embarrassing and wouldnt allow it at my place of work.

As others have said ,, the food is great , but the wait is forever ******** every time Ive been in there , there has only been "one " person working . It just takes so long to get the food. Last time I was in there about 2 weeks ago there were 17 , ( not making this up) in line. of them 8 were ahead of me. and ONE employee. We all felt sorry for him. He was working as fast as he could. The food is good though ,, yummmm

Went in on a Monday night in mid July. This place is a huge tourist area so the line was very long. There was one guy working! Are you kidding me? We waited in line for 45 minutes. Also the air conditioner was broken so it was about 90 degrees in there. The worker was doing the best he could but one employee working is ridiculous anywhere. This place needs to get it together!

I come here all the time and ilove it . though the line is very long at times but thats a good thing steve and alex and the ither guy that works at nighy are amazing very nice people and the way they make the sandwiches are amazing perfect of everything .. Customer service is very good love this place located at 7850 w orlo bronaon hwy ... Love it here ..<3

I went there and asked the person there to change his gloves and after he did I asked for a turkey sub he said you made me change my gloves for a meat sub and I just changed it for the person before you. Customer service is needed to he taught at this location.

Place is always dirty and employees show that they dont care. The tall black guy also needs to learn to pull up his damn pants. I dont want to see your crusty underwear as you make food.

Arrived at 10:20 pm on 4/25 only to find it close. Their hours posted has them closing at 11pm. What the hell? Called the phone number, but they let it ring as they cleaned.
