The last time I came to this place specifically to this restaurant in this location have been serving less than before I understand that they can save expenses to make more profit is not fair to the customer and more when the customer is a consumer habit of this Restaurant I asked please a girl named Chelsea to serve me more and her response was have to pay an extra order does not seem fair to me by employees like this girl manage clients like me do not return to the same place I really like the food of Panda but I know I will have to go to another place to be taken care of that is that they have such a bad rating of 3.8 is not a good rating for a restaurant of this type should be higher than 4.5 as the food is delicious I hope to improve it Attention in this place has.

El lugar es pesimo los trabajadores sin capacitación alguna para hacer su trabajo y mal manejo de situaciones pues no pudimos pagar con nuestra tarjeta simplemente porque la empleada se confundio lo paso como Cash y después no supo solucionar el problema la solucion fue que no nos podía atender no volveria jamas ademas el lugar esta bien sucio y no es confiable para comer

Monica is the slowest food server I have ever met in my life. She took her time overserving one order while the line piled up to the door. She did not seem to put any effort into getting guest in and out. And some may say she was giving good attentive service, but no, she rarely spoke. Even when she was done helping that one guest, instead of getting the line down, she decided at the most impromtu time to consolidate veggies and meats. She had no sense of urgency and I almost considered leaving but I had a coupon.

I must say the first time I ate here the food was great, however, on my mist recent visit the food was subpar to say the least. It lacked flavor, taste and appearance, I even had to change my entree item and yet in still even the orange chicken sucked. Thats there signature dish so I was greatly disappointed. Receiving great food from this place seems to be hit and miss, so I choose not to patronize them anymore.

The food tastes fresh. Theyre constantly adding new entrees, but they keep the popular ones always available. If theyre out of a particular item theyll cook it right there for you while you wait. I like this location because they seem to put more quantity of food than other ones Ive visited. I know this may be linked to the particular person serving it, but I guess Ive been luckier on this location.

Food was good, till one night I saw them standing on top of the areas where they cook, with their dirty shoes on, to "clean" higher up places! Their excuse was Theyre "Closing" so, if you want shoes in your food then dont go here, because every night when they close they stand on top of the counters where they cook at, to clean higher up places. I should call the health department.

The service at this restaurant was horrible and slow. This location should be called Slow Motion Panda. Most items werent cooked by the time we got to order and a lot of other customers were waiting for different things. Where was management?! The employees werent only incompetent but also rude. Never visit this location!

Food tastes great, especially the Beijing Beef! Sadly some of the staff have horrible attitude, especially the larger woman at this location. Had to wait for a new batch of food to be replaced and when it finally arrived the woman skimped us and barely gave any and had an attitude when we asked for a better size.

The staff was rude (rudeness 6/10 with 10 being most rude). And they messed up my order, after waiting 10 min for the order... I did not realize it until I got home, this has happened twice at this place... kinda disappointing... at least the food is good

I had no problem with staff during my visit. The food was the problem for me. The food tasted okay but I was mortified when I found two hairs in my food. To add insult to injury, I found a small fly in my drink after getting from sweet tea dispenser....Gross!

The food is unexciting but not in a bad way. Its exactly like panda express should be. What sets this location apart though was the cleanliness. The trays provided were dirty and smelled. The tables while wiped down, werent all the way.

This Panda express is always very yucky, the tables and floors are with food all the time. I have to ask someone to clean it. The employees ignore the dirty floors and tables a good manager is need it urgently!

The site suggests we get a bubble tea here. On visiting learnt they just have iced tea. Not many options being a vegetarian. Veg spring rolls were good though.
