I really love this bakery, though for a while the customer service have been awful. Well they may dont know about customer service, since they even dont know how to take an order and write a name. Desde enero hasta a la fecha he hecho 3 órdenes por teléfono y el servicio es horrible te dejan esperando por más de 15 min, tan siquiera se disculpan y cuando pido hablar con la manager es tan mal educada como la empleada. No creó q volveré a comprar de nuevo.

If I could put zero stars I would. This bakery gas gone down hill. Ive been a long time customer. Rudeness and prices are at a hike. Jose the owner prints his name on the invoice for nothing. You call and he wont take your call. You ask to leave a message and they say to call the next day. Well only for Jose not to answer. Cakes are old. Nothing like it used to be. As they say...cría fama y acuéstate a dormir.

The pastelitos from here are amazing, and they always fry the croquetas fresh for the party platters. I think these are some of the best pastelitos Hialeah has to offer, and the croquetas are my favorite, hands down. The workers are kind of rude sometimes, but the pastelitos are so good that its worth it. I personally prefer these pastelitos to the ones from Vicky bakery.

Service was quick and easy. The women that work there are kind and helpful; Especially Carmen, I request her every time I go. The croquettes are always fresh and media noches are delicious. Every time I have a party La Nueva Fe is always where I go to get my food. Its definitely a wonderful place.

5 women working there and it takes forever to attend. I wanted to buy a cake topper and they wanted to charge me the price of a $37 cake for something that cost less than $1. I offered to pay $5-$10 for it, u think they cared to help me? No!! I walked out. Never again...

My experiences here are always great Carmen always takes care of my orders. Super nice , attentive and fast . Long lines but so worth it , the food is always fresh and warm I love it .
