Absolutely unacceptable service. Like many stores on a campus, customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency are neglected, simply because the main customers are students. This establishment offers possibly the worst service Ive ever had the displeasure of patronizing. If you order food here, more often than not, the staff will completely forget to make it. After reminding them once or twice about your order, it will take them upwards of a half an hour to complete it. In addition, the employees are easily overwhelmed and routinely understaffed despite the popularity of Einsteins to students. The staff are constantly standing around, talking to each other, and joking. Additionally, they are rude and curt to customers consistently, and the manager completely fails at fixing this issue altogether, sometimes making things worse by distracting them. I doubt this review will have any positive effect on this establishment, but let it be known that the students who come to Einsteins are disappointed, and unsatisfied.
