Ive been going there for about 3 years now and for the pass 3 months ive been having the most rude and unpleasant experience with this new employee and im fed up with of her not serving me properly.Each time i go there i like to order the steak and eggs sandwich.I like it extra toasted.Anyone else who serves it would toast twice it (with no issue) and if they recognized me they already know i loke it EXTRA TOASTED (no pink).Ive watched them do so,because i cant eat my steak medium rare (im currently pregnant).I asked her to please retoast it because i asked for extra taosted,she would catch an attitude and starts speaking in spanish to her co-workers next to her as if i dont understand in regards of me asking her to toast it twice.Thats her 3rd time.First of all thats rude and second as customer sevice goes, you will satisfy their request as long as it doesnt go against your job description.She argued with me for the 3rd time.When i ask for a manager,she proceed to go back and forth in regards of what i asked for.it was on my reciept EXTRA TOASTED!How dosrespectful to argue with your boss in front of the customer and other employees.Unbelieveable.im so disgusted.I couldnt even eat my breakfast.i just throw it away.i was too upset to enjoy my food.In the 3 years ive been going to penara,these pass 3 experiences with her, was the worse customer service ive ever experience.

I usually go to the Panera in Doral but this time I was in the Coral Gables area and wanted some place to get breakfast at. Panera is always a good choice on my book but after this experience, I think i would have been better off driving elsewhere or going to my usual Panera to get breakfast! The location is very inconvenient to get to as it is blocked because of construction. You have to pay for parking, get off your car and walk a good 100 steps before reaching the location. I got a rapid-order, the ones you order on the app and then pickup at the store. I was definitely disappointed. First off, the avocado egg white sandwich I had was not very tasty, and I have one at least every week for breakfast, so i know how tasty they can be. The steel cut oatmeal with strawberries and pecans was cold and pasty. Almost cement like when it got to me. Yuck! The service... non-existent. I know this is Miami but come on! Not even a hello when I walk in the door?! And lastly, its freezing inside... as if all the other bad experiences werent enough to keep people away! If Im ever around the Gables area this would be the last place I go to.

This will be the second time ive ordered delivery and it was a disappointment both times. I ordered a sandwich which had limp lettuce. I also ordered a parfait fruit cup. It was sour. This time I ordered a bbq chicken flat bread. It was drenched in bbq sauce and little to no chicken and the fruit cup the strawberries are brown. The only reason im giving 2 stars is because the manager was a little helpful with the 1.99 refund. I dont think I will be placing orders here anymore.

While I was in Miami, I had gone to Paneras and gotten the Mac n cheese and of course the bread and drink. The Mac n cheese was pretty good but the bread is highly overrated - it was chewy. The second time I came to this location, they served me lukewarm, nearly cold Mac n cheese but quickly corrected it with a free cookie for the inconvenience. Overall, it was just okay.

They do not answer the phone at breakfast time, I tried to order online at 9:00am Saturday but they eliminated the breakfast option from menu. I called 9 times trying to order but no one answered until I chose "catering". Finally someone answered saying they were so busy we do not take order for breakfast. I recommend Toasted bagel at 22th ter. for breakfast instead.

I was looking for none star but I couldnt find it.....minos five stars is what this panera deserves, horrible attitude from the employees and cero knowledge about health, the girl that worked at the register use the same gloves to get the food and on top of that she use the sole of her hand to wipe her nose...WTH. Heath Department should pay a visit to that Panera.

On February 10th we arrived, unannounced, 40 of us. Everybody was served and happy in about 15 minutes!!! I was impressed with the employees at this location ! We were with students who attended a matinee performance at the Actors Playhouse, and we needed it to be quick, and they did it, Great Job!

I love Panera bread but the costumer services is really bad I dont understand why I have to know why they are understaff the day of the carnival in miracle mile, and hear other problems that they have because the staff keep complaining about it, I have to wait over 15 to 20 for a soup!!!

There was a chunk of hair fried into my sandwich. The way the employees talked about the soup made it sound gross. The dirtiest hobos in town all hang out there. Everyone in there looks sad. EDIT: Now Im feeling sharp pains in my stomach that Ive never felt before.

Its an okay place. The sandwiches are a dry next to flavorless , their coffee is comparable to that of Dunkin Donuts, the soup is something substantial but tends to be salty, and the wifi is spotty. The service was disappointing on my visits

Dirtier and smellier than most of the Paneras that I visit. Needs better ventilation. One of the lower-rated Paneras in the Miami metro area that I have visited. On 7/29/2014, WiFi was .49 Mbps down / .64 Mbps up. Disappointing.

First time eating here on a date. The food was amazing. I had French onion soup and a turkey bacon sandwich with extra bacon. Im definitely coming back here best part is it is close t im definitely coming back here!!

I stopped going to Panera Bread altogether! This is the worst one of them all in South Florida. Manager himself was being rude to everybody and our sandwich tastes like something from a third world country.

Ive going to Panerai for years and years. This is the 1st time I can say that I went to a bad Panera in such a good area of town. Service sucked, seating is horrible. Not the same vibe as other Paneras.

Like any other panera. Service was fast. Seemed dead quiet at 7am which was nice. Friendly staff. Meter parking out front. Pay attention to the hours for the meters.

I ate hear earlier this year, it was ok. Due to their new gun policy I will never set foot in any Panera Bread restaurant anywhere. Boycott PB!
