Copied from my Yelp review...because people need to know. First ever review on Yelp, been to this Celebration location a dozen times or so this year..., dual visit review-today and about two months ago. Visited this location on July 8th(?), 2016 and received terrible service and I will provide as many details as I can remember. Lunchtime, somewhat busy but not crazy, only two people working tables, one lady and one man (lets call him J). Long delay before lady took our order, longer delay for order to arrive. When order did arrive, it was incorrect as the wrong meat was on dish (beef vs chicken or vice versa, cant recall). I didnt bother asking to replace as I like either and didnt want to wait additional time. Also, I ordered Thai Hot and my coworker ordered his just Hot...they messed this up was well as mine was not Thai Hot (just Hot) and my co-workers was Thai Hot (these mixups occurred when the lady took our order, as I dont think she actually wrote anything down). Again, we didnt complain as the food was still good. During meal, water refills were scarce, as were the lady and J...it seems J was waiting tables and disappearing to the back to help in the kitchen(?), or disappearing behind the room divider in the back corner of the dining room. Also during meal, waitress asked if we would like her to take away the appetizer plates and we said yes, please, but she never came back and they remained for the entire meal...sort of in the way. When J came by to fill up our empty glasses, he spilled some water and a few cubes of ice onto the table...no apology, no wiping up the mess or picking up the cubes, nothing, just a hurried refill and on he went. Long delay for tab to arrive after having to ask for it, and when it did, J slung it onto the table as he sped by...seriously! He didnt stop to say here you go, how was everything, can I get you anything else, not a word. I understand it was busy, and maybe they were short staffed, but an apology with a brief explanation of what the deal was would have gone a long way. It was like he was frustrated with the owner(s)/manager(s) for leaving him short-staffed for the day, or for someone calling in and leaving him short, who knows. Something, some sort of hospitality would have been appreciated, anything! We received ZERO. So, we did not leave a tip. ZERO (foreshadowing). We work in the area and there are several lunch dining options, so we decided we would place Thai Thani on probation for a few months, since they were in the rotation and on the short list for good food in Celebration, and we had never had such poor service before. Fast forward to today, we decided we would give Thai Thani another shot. Oof, big mistake! When we were on our way to be seated, we had to pass by J who was taking an order from patrons in a booth. J saw us, obviously remembered us, and stepped back a foot or so in order to make us have to step around him on our way to our booth. It was subtle, but obvious, and quite rude. I stated to my co-worker that this wasnt a good sign, nor a good start. He agreed. We were seated and within a few minutes, J rushed to tell the waitress that was coming to take our drink orders something about us. Right behind our booth, I watched as he said something to our waitress (his back was to us, she could see us and I could see and hear her)...she asked "which table?" and J replied "this one right here!" pointing to our table. We were in earshot so I heard this clearly...he then walked away, and stated with a raised voice "ZERO!" as he made a zero sign with his right hand held over his shoulder. No doubt in my mind what he told our waitress and how this meal would go, so when the waitress asked to take our drink orders, I asked to have a minute and then we walked out. Makes me wonder what J would have done had we actually accepted this behavior and ordered lunch. We didnt provide a tip for the July visit for good reason. Obviously the message wasnt clear. Too bad.

Very unhappy customer....I went to this restaurant on yesterday. My husband and I along with a tour guide. My husband left his blue tooth earpiece on the table. I called back a few hours later after finishing up with the tour guide to ask about the Bluetooth. And Jay said right off, oh yeah I remember you. You sat in one of the large booth. Yes one of our guys did find it let me check in my office to see where he put it. Because the worker had left already. So he instructed me to call back in a half hour. So I did and when I called back he said he couldnt find it and told me to hold while he try to call his worker. But his worker wouldnt pick up. So he told me to leave my info with him and he would ask him when he gets in touch with him. So my husband went back to the restaurant the next day which is today when they opened up. And low and behold jay said that he told me if he finds it that he would call me. The worker said that he didnt find one. So I know Jay is not gonna say he found it and then turn around and say that they didnt now. Why would he called the worker then to ask him where did he put it then? If he didnt see it. So beware if you leave anything behind at this restaraunt it will not be returned!!! And the sad part about it, I enjoyed the food and was going to tell my clients about it. But definitely not now because I will not be returning. And I hope the guy enjoys the Bluetooth because he will lose more than that in the near future. Dishonest people gets no where.

Not sure what happened to this place. Service is eh but they are forever messing up my to go orders. I come back thinking it will change but clearly not. Ordered food last night, my boyfriend placed the call. Get to the restaurant and they say no one called in with that order. Bullshit. The guy on the phone even repeated our order back to us. I double checked the phone number and 100 percent confirmed we spoke to Thai Thani in Celebration( we have it saved in our phones anyways from previous). I clearly stated twice that I wanted the food to me mild, we get home and of course 1st bite is VERY spicy, not even close to being mild. The restaurant was almost closing and it was so late so I didnt bother going back. This is the 4th time they made our food extremely spicey when we always ask for mild and the guy generally reads the order back to us on phone. There was another time we ordered fried rice and the rice had a very faint burn smell and our food tasted like burnt rice. That time we did call to get replacement and guess what? No burnt but now spicey. So we call again, to get yet ANOTHER replacement and the rice had very heavy burnt taste again. I know they switched over to a new chef over last few months. And we never had so many problems with the food until this transition. I used to order from them all the time with no issues but until then I dont think I will go back.
