Terrible..... I was charged for someone elses order and had to be refunded, to top it off Im from out of town and my card wont allow 2 billings from the same location as a security feature,so the lady messed up and refunded,then bills the card again on to be told declined, she then days well I need money for food... I said yes Mam I tried to give you money and you billed me for someone elses meal and now you wont be able to Bill that card so would you like me to go to the atm (roughly 10 miles away) and then come back to cold food and she looked me dead in the face and said Yes. After my head spun around twice on my shoulders I politely said give me my card and keep your food. Rude. Terrible experience.

Moronic! I sat in the restaurant for 20 min after she told me "oh yo orda be ready soon". when 2 people ordered and left in front of me, I asked again about my phoned in order and she said "come right out". Refusing to believe it takes 50mins to cook 3 things, I repeated my order back and she said oh its right here. Our food had been on the counter the entire time. When I asked for some compensation for making us wait so long, she laughed and walked away. This is a prime example of a language barrier and no respect for their customers. Never again!

Terrible service and the food is often questionable. Rude manners. Dont bother calling or going in on a Saturday or Friday night they will say theyre closed when their door, google, and menus say till 1030. And for those wondering I called at 10, 30 minutes before they closed. More than enough time to take someones order and have it picked up. Horrible business owners, need better customer service skills. Ive given this place more than a few tries and they have failed everytime.

Screw this place. I waited over an hour for a small meal while other customers who came in way after me got their meal. I went up to ask for my meal and it had been sitting, the burbon chicken was so dry it cut my mouth, and they stuffed my niidles in a tice container. Paid 20 bucks and i threw it all up literally 30 minutes later. DONT EVER GO HERE. Horrible service, horrible food and very unhappy and upset about how they run their business.

highly allergic to MSG. Went inside to ask about the use of MSG in the food. The girl at the counter said they do not add it. Inquired about the soup base, egg rolls, etc. She rolled her eyes at me and was really rude . Will not go back in.

Very rude, seem to care more about the 3$ for 2 cans of soda, than us being happy and satisfaction. After making us wait while our food was ready sitting 15 min. Make sure you have everything if you do order I wouldnt recommend

I wasnt expecting much coz you know, its a Chinese restaurant, but they exceeded my expectations by a mile, I had the General Tso and it was the best Ive had, plus authentic Chinese cooks.

Take out mainly. Good food, reasonable prices. "Crab" is actually imitation (spelled Krab on the menu), but tastes good...and its priced accordingly.
