Ok so I regularly order from here not because the food or the service is great but because it is the closest and most convenient Thai place to my house. I have ordered from here easily over 10 times and every time I do whether it is for pick up, delivery, or dining in the customer service is absolutely horrible! Luckily there are some other Thai places to choose from which I order from every once in a while but the food I have found has not been as good as it is from Asia Bay... Every once in a while however, I will choose one of those other places over Asia Bay especially if I am on a date because I dont want to have an altercation while I am with someone and have my night ruined. My recommendation: -For patrons: Do yourselves a favor and choose from 1 of the other 10 nearby Thai restaurants in the area. -For Asia Bay management: Have a serious talk with your staff about the importance of customer service and how they need to be more attentive. You all are not the only Thai place in town for you to be so rude and if you dont step up your game more people will start going to other places where the food might not be as good but at least they will be treated better.

Food was good but super over priced, service was HORRIBLE waiter never came up unless we asked for him, food was way over priced. When the check came I told him to take off the 18% gratuity he told me he will not!!! when I asked for a manager he told me he was in charge there. After couple minutes of discussion about him not deserving the 18% he started to remove the food off the table when I told him Im not done he said " OH YOUR DONE" and continued to take the food off the table. NEVER EVER have I had such horrible service never going back there.

Food was not even good compared to other restaurants. Service was cancerous the waiter never comes to ask if we are doing fine and would only come if we asked. Food was overpriced with portions smaller than what Kim Jong Un would give to his people. On top of that they automatically charged 18% gratitude although the waiter did jack besides taking our order and bringing out our food. I would rather have dinner at a concentration camp with Stalin serving me rather than to eat here again. In all I wouldnt recommend coming here.

Walked in at 10:03 for dinner with my partner and was greeted by the hostess who grinned at us and looked at the time to which she then proceeded to ask the guys behind her if it was okay for us to dine. The blonde man behind the sushi bar proceeded to throw a bowl and shout "fine". Second after we said no thank you and walked out. The restaurant closes at 10:30 and we knew what we wanted however I will never set foot again in this place and will surely pass the word around to everyone I know. Attention to owner(s) take note.

Theres a short guy in there that usually takes orders over the phone he can be very condescending. He looks Hispanic and he has no customer service skills. Never smile and look serious all the time.The food is okay and too pricey. I will not take my date over there because customer service is not good.

I placed an order through Eat24 and these people refused to deliver it!! I dont know why there restaurant participates in the delivery service. They accepted my order and then cancelled it.. terrible customer service.... would never eat there now..

Had dinner there with the family and enjoyed it. The staff was really good about the baby (he is 1) and they had selections for everyones tastes. The wine menu is a little limited but otherwise a very good experience.

40 min wait for sushi and soup for a table of 2 that still hasnt arrived. Way understaffed. Got our miso that was lukewarm and tasted more like sweetened seaweed flavored pudding. Will never be back obviously.
