Worst service EVER - I have never gone into the retaurant that has such a horrible service and such good food. Well, here is the deal, food is good, BUT: 1. My wife and I went in 3 times, to give them a chance to redeem themselves, but all in vain. 2. The waiter refused to give me 3rd soda - it was a hot day and wanted to quench my thirst, but he rudely banged the soda on the table and said: "here, happy now?" -- young guy waiter with thick accent. 3. On one occasion another waiter demanded more tip - I left 3$ as I was by myself. I spoke with the manager (owner) and she ignored it. 4. Last time we met there we took a friend of ours with us who speaks Chinese fluently. One of the waiters came out and flat out said: "O, you guys. I will serve good if you give $5 tip today, ha?" And then my friend translated what he overheard: "these American suckers, fxxx them, lets give them last nights leftovers to fatten them up." Amazingly, food is still great, but.... HORRIBLE service -- will never go there again. Also, consider that I gave them 2 second chances - went there 3 times and 3 different waiters, but I think the problem is across the board, not just one isolated incident or one rude waiter.

Its a shame this place fell into a category all of its on horrible food horrible service and my experience left my stomach hurting and questioning my health.I took my mother along and out of respect for her i held my comments back when she bit into a plate of hair and god knows what and still expected me to pay $60.00 for this experience and We only at the crab after sampling everything all of it was terrible except the snow crab which they were holding back im so fk pissed at this place good luck everybody and hope you all look at this and tak heed to what i say DONT EAT HERE EVER.

Horrible horrible, horrible. The food that was available to eat was cold and poorly stocked. I was advised I had to request for food to be cooked and certain amount that I wanted. While I was using the ladies restroom a male employee walked in to clean it stating I am cleaning the other stall take your time. We went as a party of 13 and the cashier could not calculate Horrible , horrible, horrible experience. I had to give 1 star because this site requires. If it were available I would give this restaurant a -10.

Ive been coming here for several years. I actually like the food that I get, however the restaurant could use a cleaning and/or makeover. Also when coming for lunch you always have to fight with the large groups of Asian tourist that are very rude and disrespectful. I also notice during these times the hostess is very rude as well. Dont snatch from me!!! I feel like my money is as green as theirs. Please dont be rude to me because you want to impress them. I have NEVER been rude to anyone working there.

We visted this buffet several years ago. Loved it . Today we stopped for lunch and were highly disappointed. Not only in the lack of service but the quality or lack of in the food . All " fresh" sushi was wrapped in plastic wrap . Both ice cream machines were out of order . They had freezer burnt ice cream tubs in an up right freezer behind the check out desk . The salad bar was warm . Everything else was either burned , dry or just plain flavorless . I will not be returning .

I dont know what those other people are talking about in the other comment I been to kings Buffett about 3 times and I really really like the food wasnt cold it was hot and very good and there doing really good with the other things like food and ice cream the only thing I really dont like is the prices for the drinks there a little high but on everything else its pretty good

I like this place; I have Been her only 2 times, but the think that I hate about this place. Is that there isnt a lot of things you can choose from. On the other hand the still have good food, but the waiters are nice. So overall the waiter are nice the food is good, so I totally recommend the play to anyone that lives near this place.

They denied cooking food with shellfish or in the same pan as shellfish. I explained I was allergic, she seemed slightly interested or concerned. After eating three items, I started to feel weird. I asked again, again they said no, they lied. I left and had to get an asthma treatment. I wish I read the reviews before I went.

The staff there are awesome, and so friendly. Any time I ask about the contents of the food, even if theyre busy, some one will find out for me. The manager is very benevolent, and shes always sure to greet us, and stop to chat for a minute when she gets the chance. Great place, great people. ^^

I love the delicious, satisfying plates of lustful weight gain that are your food but I suggest the ice cream machine gets fixed; there is nothing like a soft served Chocolate ice cream Sundae after a gluttonous feast of Oriental delight.

There are lots of Chinese Buffets out there but this one is very good. Great variety and great food. I was honestly stunned at how good this place was. They make it work there... no wonder it is always packed.

Theres really nothing great about this place, save for the polite waitress we had. The food was old and dry, and the crab legs, which they charge extra for now, smelled like garbage. It was awful.

The sushi was covered and the food was hot! They charge extra for the crab legs but its totally worth it :) I recommend this place, and it wasnt too crowded when I took a visit. Five stars!

Usually pretty busy, so the trays is being rotated out a lot. Being fresh is the best thing I can say about the otherwise pretty standard food at your everyday China buffet.

Food on buffet was not very fresh. Afternoon selection was limited. Service for sodas was infrequent. For price not bad, but not something I would pick as a first choice.

Limited choice of sushi (which sits out for extended hours) rice was hard, they didnt refill the crab legs when empty. All Chinese in the area are disgusting.

The best all you can eat seafood and chinese dishes and other entrees. I have had. On Valentines Day for $3 more you get a whole lobster plus the buffet.
