Went there today, with my Husband, costs $29 for two people. I came there before and thought really high of the food, but this visit changed everything. Last time the food was really good, especially the sushi, I couldnt get enough of it. In fact I ate so much last time I was full for days. So when we went again this time I was really expecting that same food experience. Nope.. All of the food was not only cold, but had a weird taste to to. For example all of the sushi I tried, The seaweed salad, The Mack, The grilled eel (my favorites from last time) all had a weird metallic taste it, It tasted like what a fish tank smells like. The same goes for the salt and pepper squid, which Is my favorite item, It was not only cold but had that same weird fishtank taste, and the breading just sorta slid off the squid like it was wet or something. By this time I was feeling pretty sick so I went to get soup, which despite being in these huge metal pots radiating heat WAS ICE COLD! The only thing that remotely saved the evening was a teamed pork dumpling I got from my husband but even that was weird , considering it was suppose to be steamed something inside of it crunched and let off a weird musky taste. I dont know what happened, maybe they fired the good cooking team when I came there last time. But the food was terrible and I wish I asked for a refund. I cant see myself coming back here for a long time. However there was this one waitress that was really nice and polite about everything, I really shouldve gotten her name, shes the only reason this review has 3 stars instead of 2.

Food was good, but unfortunately was not being replenished after 9 PM on a Friday night. A lot of the items that were on the buffet tables looked as if they had been under the heat lamps a little bit too long. The big issue came as we paid the bill. This morning (12/21/12), I printed a 10% off coupon that I found on the restaurants own website. When I presented it to the server, I was told it had expired on 10/31/11 - more than a year ago! I told her I had printed it that morning, and there was really no excuse for having an expired coupon online. She took it to the manager who came to the table and told me it was "policy" that they didnt accept expired coupons. He then tried to give me a Rewards Card that would earn a free dinner after purchasing 8 more. I told him there was no point since I certainly wouldnt be back. The real kicker is that on our $44.22 tab, honoring that coupon would have cost the restaurant a whopping $4.22. But even after asking the manager if it was really worth losing a customer (and getting as much bad publicity as I can generate) for $4.22, he refused to honor it even after admitting that it was their error that they hadnt taken it off the site. || ADDENDUM: After looking at it closer, it says "One coupon per person." So honoring it would have cost them $1.40! Unbelievable.

Sure, the food may be good. But I dont really like the service I get. For example, I have had to wait forever for my seat even if the place has nobody there. They would keep calling someone over to get me seated, and they would take their sweet old time coming over to do so. Another issue I have is how long I have to wait just to get a refill on my drink. I would be almost done with my second plate of food and all they do is ask if I want a refill instead of just giving it to me like I expect. Even though I said that the food is good, one problem I have with it is how cold, dry or bland it can be at times. That and they almost dont replenish the food when it runs out. When I go up to the buffet and tell them I want something, they tell me to check back in a few minutes. I check back like they say and the food still isnt ready! Hey, Im paying to eat their food for crying out loud! The least they can do is give me good service.

OMG, I saw the most disgusting thing today. I was at this buffet, and used the rest room to wash my hands before I grabbed a plate. One of their staff was wiping down a toliet in the stall, threw his rag away, and didnt even wash his hands as he walked out the bathroom into the kitchen (yeah I followed the guy out when I noticed he didnt wash his hands). less then 2 minutes later who is bring out a new tray of honey chicken?????......yup, the same guy.......needless to say I went directly to the front desk, and demanded a refund. , they have a younger looking manager, he said his first name was "Tom", very rude, and was aurguing with me about returning my money, mind you I never ate. I see why people in the reviews are saying they got sick. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE CLEANLINESS AND HOSPITALITY.

For a place that closes at 10, youd think theyd have enough food at 8 p.m. the trays for most chicken dishes were empty. The seafood has been out all day. The crab rangoon ends up being rock hard and you guild yourself choosing between empty jello trays or artificial strawberry mousse that smells like straight up alcohol. The raw oysters looked like they were cooked from being out all day. When you mention to the manager and the server that youre disappointed and wonder why there isnt anymore food coming out, she says sorry. A robotic sorry. Im never coming back to this place. Its not worth paying $15.99 for empty plates. And apparently they dont understand the difference between unsweetened and sweet tea.

When this place first opened it was really good, not amazing, but really good. It is still a decent buffet but I feel like the quality has gone down slightly. The best thing is they have sushi that is made right on the premises and there is a wide selection. They have lots of things common to Chinese buffets (ie: sauteed string beans, sesame chicken). They also have "American" food like pizza and fries. The Chinese stuff is better than the other stuff. There is a station where you can choose the ingredients for a create your own stir fry. They also have fruit and ice cream. Is the quality knock off you socks, no, but it is a decent option if you are into this sort of thing.

Loved the food loved the price loved the selection. Yes I did have the sushi from the sushi bar. I felt for proper temperature as well as smelled the fish to make sure it hadnt spoiled - I havent had an issue with it everything checked out well for me. Was very pleased. *like any buffet, the best times to go are when busy. Always fresh food coming out and good circulation so nothing is sitting. Steer clear of going close to closing for the best possible product*

Ive been there many of times recently but in my last 4 or 5 visits Ive noticed that the sushi wad getting dryer and dryer every time. The servers are slow except to when it comes to paying the bill. You have to ask twice to get a refill . They might clean of your table every 15 minutes. They justy want your money. your better off going somewhere else. sushi selection has gotten smaller each time we go the as well.
