Food is very yummy! Prices are average. Lunch Special was priced nicely for a more than decent amount of food. I have traveled all across the states and there is an AMAZING amount of really bad Chinese food and I was surprised at how good it actually was. I had the General Tsos and all of the classic elements were there, thick dark sauce with just enough spice kick, chicken pieces were big but not too large, breading was crispy without being hard or too greasy. General Tsos is supposed to be a spicy sweat sauce and they balance the two very well in my opinion. It came with pork fried rice which was shockingly good. I would go back just for the pork fried rice even if I didnt like the General Tsos. I wasnt overly impressed with their egg rolls though they did have a good flavor. They do not offer a veggie spring roll and the egg rolls they have are large with the really thick wrapping. I prefer the light, thin, crispy wrappings myself. That is all I have tried so far but I am certainly going to go back and try more! I agree with the previous review that its nice to be able to see them cooking your food. The woman who helped me wasnt overly nice (in fact I dont think she smiled once) and she really doesnt speak English clearly but she wasnt rude and did try to understand what I was trying to say when I changed my order. It was one of those times I wish I spoke more languages fluently. I might sit down and eat there for a quick lunch (food was cooked very quickly) but it is too small and has no ambiance for dinner. I would actually give it a 4 1/2 stars but that isnt an option. Though in a kind of weird spot, I would say its worth finding even if I didnt live so close. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I have nothing nice to say about this establishment. I recently moved into the area and was looking for my closest Chinese Food Restaurant so that I would not have to travel farther away to go to the nearest best place in Windsor. I found this location through a google search and found out it was located very close to my new house and assumed they deliver, which they do not. One evening after work I picked up dinner for my family and when I arrived home I realized that my wifes food was undercooked, chicken almost raw and even cold. I called and complained to the lady who sounded as if she had difficulty with the English language. The lady on the other end was getting mad that I was upset that my wifes food was undercooked and began to yell at me that she would not re-cook my wife food, which i even offered to pick up. She actually hung up the phone on me a total of three times. Point is, please do not order from here, as there appears to be no respect and no understanding, literally. I guess, one positive would be that my phone was cooked properly, but my order was also precooked, made up of only fried rice and I believe fried chicken.

When I called to order some food, the woman on the phone was VERY RUDE! First, I asked if they had a front desk discount since I work at a hotel down the road, and she said no. So then I asked if they had lunch specials and she said, "ummm NO! Do you not relize that its dinner time?" I thought that was extremely unprofessional and I felt disrespected! When I proceeded and told her I still wanted to order, I asked what the dinner specials were, and she would not tell me. It seemed as though she wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible and was irratated that I wanted to place an order. I finally stopped and told her nevermind because she was being rude and I wasnt going to order from somewhere like that, and all she did was HANG UP ON ME! I was nothing but nice, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ORDER FROM HERE. I understand if its been a busy day, and your fustrated, but theres no need to be as rude as she was! After all the food isnt all that great anyways!

Dropped in on a Friday evening around 7:00PM. The place was busy with take-out orders, but they took my order quickly. I waited less than 10 minutes and the order was ready to go. When I got back to the hotel the food was still hot. The food was good, but as another reviewer stated it was a bit blander than many Chinese take-outs. Ive had better and worse many places in the US and Canada, all over Europe, and all over Southeast Asia (Ive never had Chinese food in Mexico, Central, or South America). I would go there again.

Awesome Won-Ton Soup. Been here several times and finally got pics to make a nice review. Dont let the store front fool you. These folks have a nice clean place and transparent kitchen. Each time I am there the to-go orders are constant. Got a quart of Won-Ton soup to-go that was chock full of goodness and fried noddles for $4.51 with tax. What a deal. The staff is very friendly and quick considering the workload. I expect more repeats.

i moved here over a yr ago and i tried a few chinese food places. this is by far the best one around. the prices and amount of food they give ia great. i agree the lady behind counter seems a little not sure of word not rude but she could be more pleasant

Very dissapointing. Service was bad and the people working there were not nice at all. The food was not good and my chicken dish had a large glob of clear slimmy gelatin in it, discusting! This was my first time eating here and I would never go back.

Always clean always done within 10 min. I dont get these complaints on here I eat here quit often and never have had trouble. By far the best Chinese food in Windsor locks. Seems like the people who complain just have nothing better to do.

Very unpleasant service. The lady that works there seemed very rude, abrupt and serious with her demeanor. I also ordered 15 minutes before my half hour lunch break and got my food with only 10 minutes left and eat.

Called to ask if their lunch specials were also on the weekend, the rude lady who always anwsers the phone insisted I give an order and not ask questions, EXTREMELY RUDE wont ever be calling them again

The woman that works up front is extremely rude to the point she threw my credit card back to me, after I gave it to her in her hand. Very rude service, never going back.

The food is almost always a Knock Out, but 50% of the time, my order is incorrect. Fortunately, I have never incorrectly received anything I wouldnt eat!
