Unfortunately I cant give you 5 stars the food its amazing but last night something happened to me I ordered a Foods at 10 oclock p.m. the food took one hour to arrive and when he was here with my food I told him that he has to come to the garage driveway theres a stairs going down theres my apartment I live in the basement I was there with my door open it, all lights on and he just said I dont go to the garage at this time so youre not going to the garage you were coming to the stairs its less than 10 feet ok,and he said no, I said all right after one hour waiting for my food he couldnt come to my door and give me my food, Im a single mother living with my son 2 years old in this place and let me tell Im a proud of person and you sir should be more responsible in business and dont judge people for where they leave , respect people I am so disappointed and offended from you for what you did last night ,what a shame on you ,you lost a customer who was ordering food from you for 4 months already almost every week,since I moved to Waterbury ,I really love the food but I cant be your customer any more and Im not going to recommend you for nobody Im really disappointed.

Horrible customer service. All the witch that answers the phone knows how to say is "Its on the way be there any minute." No matter if you just ordered 5 minutes earlier. Always rude!! Always have some kind of problem with this place. The driver constantly goes to the wrong address before bringing you your food. This last and final time I ordered, they forgot one of my items from a $50 order. Called and was told, yet again, order on the way! Im like yeah, its already here but you forgot an item. This rotten witch argued with me about it for five minutes!!!! Over one lousy item!!!! I finally said forget about it I want my money back. Wouldnt give me my money back so I had to call my credit card company to complain about it and got my money back from the credit card company for the missing $4.95 item. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

Fast friendly service. But the rice has a strange flavor I associate with old grease. All Fried items are Fried in the same fryer making the flavors of the foods different. I have eaten here 5 times in 3 months and the rice has had a strange flavor every time and I doubt they have cleaned the fryer in this time because I can taste it in the food. *@ management- regularly cleaning and changing of grease in fryers is pertinente if you wish to be successful. * I think you are frying rice with old oil. Use fresh ingredients and improve your quality of service please.

This was the first time Ive ever been to this chinese restaurant. I ordered my meal, paid, then the lady gave me back my change. I sat down to wait for my food to be cooked and waited for about 20 minutes. I had to get back to work so I asked them how long it was going to take, in which THE SAME LADY WHO TOOK MY PAYMENT told me I never ordered. I couldnt believe it at first, but the lady insisted I never paid therefore they never cooked my food. I never got my money back and never got my food. I am going to complain to the better bureau!

I really like the food here been eating here for years but I cant give 5 stars. sometimes food is not fresh and the lady that answers the phone is sooo rude! I called back for fresh fries and the soda they forgot to give me and she didnt even let me finish talking.we went to pick up my fries and we saw a mouse! inside where they cook nasty.She needs to be nice and they need to do something about mouse. They acted like nothing was wrong .i wont go here again .not clean

Ive been ordering from China One for a long as I can remember and they have always been my preference when it cam down to ordering from a Chinese food restaurant. Ive tried the other places in Waterbury but none of them are as good as China One. Also the drivers know me and the people who pick up the phone remember my meals. So for anyone looking for good quality Chinese food China One is your best bet.

I order a dinner combo no knifes sauce nor napkin. I call back. I was polite and state " I just moved I have no silverware I have no utensils to or napkins". Do you know what that lady said to me? That " Dinner time we do give utensils at dinner time".What? I just say thank you and I will not be call you ever again. Oh the good sucks too new moon is much better.

I liked the food. The only problem I had was with one of the delievery drivers... I had ordered food on either a Friday or Saturday night and this one driver forcibly wanted extra money after I had just paid for my meal.... It was wrong but Im not going to stop ordering from there...

Absolutely terrible. I placed my order online a hour and a half ago. Called a half hour ago to check on my order and they said its on its way. Now the restaurant is closed, no food and my charge card was billed. Scammers!
