we have ordered take-out from Ginger China twice now, both times ordering different dishes. Both spicy chicken meals were tasty (although not very spicy), plus it isnt greasy. in addition to their great food, Ginger China offers those awesome reusable take-out containers, which is a plus for us sensible eco-types. last time we went in to pick up our food we caught a glimpse of the sushi and it did look quite good, although weve been spoiled with Kotos "volcano roll" and asiana houses "pink lady". next time we are getting a couple rolls to try out... Try it once and youll go back for sure like us. Cheers! bien comida, bien vida.

The service was slow from the get go. The drinks took forever to get ordered and received. The waitress was unable to answer simple questions about the menu, and did not understand that I wanted my steak medium rare, I finally ordered chicken instead. The waitress never checked on us after bringing or food, our drinks were never refilled and they never brought us the crunchy noodle things, we had to ask. She gave us one bowl ...for 6 people, really! Overall terrible service, good thing the food was tasty. The boneless spare ribs were excellent and the fried rice was very good. I will never eat in again, take out only form now on.

Visited for the first time and the food was excellent; the service was lacking. Had to wait to be seated even though there were many empty tables. Waited for our drink order and then was a very long time being served drinks. 30 min before our order was taken. After that, the serving time for the courses was ok. Will try one more time before marking this restaurant as "take-out only".

I have been to this restaurant three times. The first time was by choice, the other times I was dragged by a group who had heard good things. I did not tell them those good things. They only seem to have 2 flavors, orange and brown. Every time I have eaten here I have felt violently ill within hours. Not food poisoning mind you, just terrible stomach cramps.

1) Decent food decent prices. The servers are not very friendly, but its probably a language barrier. It feels more like and assembly line than a restaurant. 2) DO NOT EAT THE SUSHI HERE... oh my.... strong fish smell and dry edges are not a good sign for "fresh" raw fish. Sushi bar has the fish in plastic wrap.... ouch...not a good sign...

The food was ok ,the duck sauce was definetly thinned down with lots of water(soupy & no flavor ) the tempora & teriyaki sauces also very watery and way too salty tasting. Pork egg rolls ,didn,t find pork in them but lots of veggies ,they are a good size for a $1.50 . Be a while before I would consider going there again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Service was HORRIBLE. I ordered some salmon sushi and some eel rolls. My husband had pork fried rice and generals chicken. The salmon was bad, smelled and was slimy. The eel didnt taste much better. The only thing good about this meal was the Pepsi my husband ordered. Gross.

The best Chinese food around! Perfectly seasoned, not greasy and sooo delicious! Great scorpion bowls and service as well! Their sign doesnt do them justice! They cooked the tofu perfectly, the dumplings were excellent and the veggie rolls werent greasy! A place to check out for sure!

Loved the multiple options on the menu, and the hostess was very helpful with picking out several vegetarian options. Tufu was perfectly prepared and well flavored. Sushi rolls were tasty and creative in their own right. Looking forward to going back.

The service was great and the food is great. The ambiance makes you think you should be paying more. You get good portions for the price. Ive been to all the other Chinese food places in the area and this is by far the best! Five stars all the way!

The best Chinese food in The entire state of Vermont! The food is amazing and the service is pretty nice. I must restate that the food is spectacular. Overall it is my favorite Chinese restaurant second to a place I have eaten at in NYC.

Not the best Chinese place. Food is OK, the staff in Very Unfriendly. been going there since it opened. its been a year so id thought id try it again. Kids running the register just sit there & pick their nose, REALLY.

I often recommend Ginger China to everyone. They simply have the best Chinese food and service in the area. I highly recommend Ginger China for both Lunch and Dinner. The prices and portions are very fair as well.
