Never coming back again! Went there last night with a girlfriend and sat at the bar. The bartenders were ignoring us and I finally had to speak up for them to take our order. We waited over 20 min for drinks and after the wait we tried to make eye contact with our bartender to ask about the drink status. Again he was totally ignoring us and talking to the other staff and cleaning (looked like they were closing kitchen) etc. Finally, I decided to complain to the manager who seemed very aloof and said that she gave the bartender an assignment to count bottles of wine so he might have been busy...I was like "huh"? She then apologized and made the other bartender make our drinks. We werent asked how we were doing by the bartender once and had to once again grab his attention to cash out. Mind you the bar was pretty empty. After we talked to the manager the staff was laughing amongst themselves and the bartender was smirking at us. Completely immature. Then they tried to overcharge us for drinks (which were not even that good) so I had to call out the mistake. My friend and I were completely turned off. This place is pretentious, the food is okay, staff and manager are rude and the only good thing about it is the location.

I wish I could say the experience was stellar (as we had hoped it wold be); unfortunately, I cant. I can say the bus staff were excellent...attentive and courteous. Our waiter on the other-hand wasnt provided with sufficient training, or if so, didnt retain the basics. He move at a snails pace. The food was flavorful, but inconsistent. Both my wife and I ordered the mussels, but she got 10 and I got 15. We asked for more bread (so enjoy the rich broth), but was told the chef doesnt allow it. I offered to pay for it...BIG mistake, they charged $3.50/slice. We ordered two drink apiece, would have ordered another, but it took 10 min for him to get one order...place wasnt busy. Typically, I would give a place a second chance (off night); however, there were so many things wrong, I cant imagine they will ever be fixed. Hope I am wrong.

My husband and I dined at Paloma last Saturday. This was not our first trip there. As always, the service was great and the food was delicious! We started with "Traditional Guacamole" and shared "Steak and cheese Empanadas" and ""Wood Grilled Carnitas." We cant wait for the warmer weather to go back and enjoy dinner outside on the water front patio.

Location, location, location. And more. Creative spanish/american cuisine, good cocktails and a solid wine list made Paloma a lot better than just a beautiful view. Service was very good and the decor and setting is beautiful. Its also close to home so well be back!

i would love to have rated it higher but after ordering and waiting for an hour the waitress never brought our food.. we got up and left (after having paid for drinks). maybe give them 3 months to sort stuff out and get a system in place?

I had a terrible pork burrito for lunch at Paloma. The meat was all fat, and the burrito was dry and bland. However, The atmosphere is great. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

The food was good and intriguing. the Cesar salad was really boring but I found everything else good. The cocktails surprisingly outshone everything else.

Ate here a few times, and generally enjoyed my experience at Paloma. I liked their brunch menu, but strangely, it is only offered on Sundays.

Guacamole and chips are awesome! Food was also really good. Views of the river with yachts are quite nice if you sit outside.

Service was great, our waitress was so nice and really knew the menu. Food was delicious. Was very loud the night we were there.
