have been eating there for years...always enjoyed it. tonite, not so much. EVERYTHING, even the supposedly spicy shrimp with garlic sauce was TASTELESS, TOTALLY TASTELESS. the moo shu pork was about 95% cabbage...two or three small, tasteless morsels of pork. the shrimp with garlic sauce was 4 shrimp, 1 very small, all overcooked and tasteless. the chicken fried rice had NO taste at all...not even salt....and the chicken was the processed strips you get at the stop and shop salad bar. the egg rolls, again almost all cabbage, were soggy and tasteless. not even a HUGE amount of soy sauce could save them. we were VERY disappointed. had not eaten there for 6-7 months...and it has gone totally down hill. we will give them one more try...but i am not hopeful. maybe it is time for them to pack it in.

This used to be a consistently great restaurant. The regular staff are gone and I have heard they are in a sister restaurant. This place is now horrible. I dined here with my sister and son and they both got different chicken dishes. The chicken was inedible. My dish was not hot as well as theirs and the service was horrendous. Have talked to others who have dined their lately and they have said that it is no longer good as well.

Tucked away in a little strip mall in a residential area this place is a real find. The food the food across the board is consistently good. The fact that it is BYOB and directly next to a nice package store also seems to make it very popular and economical. I really like the staff as well family-run and friendly. So if you have not been and the takeaway is good as well

Wow, village gourmet has ruined me for Chinese now, I just cant from any other place once I ate here, Brown rice is superb, sauces are light and flavorful, food is fresh and of the highest quality that Ive found anywhere near here. Lunch special is 6 bucks or so best value around although I dont think its the same chef as for evenings which is a notch or two better.

Much healthier choice of the traditional fast food Chinese spot. We really enjoyed the service and the plates are family portion sized, so make sure not to over order! We had yummy leftovers for the next day! No alcohol is on menu and not much of a juice selection for the young kids either. But food was delicious!

My family and I have been coming here for 2 years now the food is always fresh and beyond what you would expect from Chinese take out. The staff is welcoming and friendly you can dine in or take out. I dont think I can order Chinese from any other place.

Excellent, upscale Chinese food prepared by the owner with quality ingredients. Super nice staff. It can get a tad busy during dinner hours and you may wait to order but as soon as you put in your order, they are very fast. And why all the rush?

When they brought out the teapot I knew this would be good! We had the chicken and broccoli and general tso dishes. Both were excellent. We placed our order and it was at our table in 5 minutes... Quickest service ever! Yummy.

Great food, big portions, good value. Service is quick but inconsistent. Forgot a soup, didnt refill waters, brought 2 fortune cookies for 3 people. Still, a very nice place and enjoyable meal. Ill certainly be back.

This is the best Chinese food I ever had, But there foods been slipping a few Weeks, But its still really good. My favorite foods are Fried rice, boneless ribs, Cenral Chow, And an eggroll
