I needed to procure a dessert to bring to a 4th of July party and wanted to make sure I could find a vegan option for a friend. I searched for such a place and found The Sweet Spot to be my closest option. I was happy just to find a vegan bakery, but after everyone tried the cupcakes I brought I was convinced. The cupcakes were all amazing. I tried the red velvet and carrot cake and found them to be super moist and delicious. The cream cheese frosting on the red velvet wasnt overpowering or overly sweet- it was perfect. The staff was super friendly and even offered to put the vegan cupcakes in a separate box for me. The price was great too, about $2 per cupcake- which for the quality- is a deal thats hard to beat. My vegan friend was so impressed that she said she wanted to order her next birthday cake from here. Overall this is a great little bakery that should not be missed.

Cannot even begin to explain how amazing this place is. I have lived in new milford pretty much my whole life and have come here for ice cream more times than I can count, always delicious. Most recently, I ordered a custom Thor cake for my husbands surprise 30th birthday and they were fantastic with communication through the whole process, and executed the cake even better than I expected. None of us wanted to cut it it was so perfect. We are glad we did though because it was equally as delicious as it looked. Also, the pricing was beyond perfect, I would have paid more for what we got! Will most DEFINITELY be using these guys (gals) in the future!

The best cakes and goodies around!! I ordered a Key Lime Cake with Whipped Cream frosting for my husbands birthday and it was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! It was the perfect combination without a heavy sweetness and consistency. We order all of our cakes from The Sweet Spot and would not go anywhere else. Also the peanut butter bar is to die for and my son loves the cake pops. Try any of the goodies in their case - you will NOT be disappointed!!! Id give more than a 5 star but that isnt an option unfortunately!!

I would rate 0 stars if I could I came in and asked if they had pastries or tiramisu she said they dont carry that and I asked if she would recommend a place I could go to since they didnt have what I was looking for she was very rude and said she wouldnt recommend any place other then their bakery even though they didnt have what I was looking for. Lacking basic customer service skills and was very rude when I was polite and had a simple request. Would not recommend unless you like to be treated in a rude manner.

I ordered a cake last minute for my girlfriend and it was a simple vanilla cake with vanilla frosting BUT I wanted a minion on the top of it because she loves Despicable Me. I knew I was imposing because of the time restraint but they did an amazing job! The cake was fantastic and delicious. The minion was so well done too even down to the buttons on his overalls. Great job and I will be ordering from them again for a custom cake!

Great destination for cupcakes (so moist and tasty). There are also cookies and little treats, like cookie truffles and peanut butter balls (Im addicted to these). They get their coffee from a local roaster and their ice cream from a local creamery and they are both excellent. They even make their own bread and bagels. It is definitely worth stopping in to check it out.

Without a doubt, the best bakery in the area! Will never buy a cake from the grocery store again! The owner is so accommodating (to any of your dietary needs). Her gluten free goodies are FANTASTIC! Not to mention all of the ice creams from a local creamery and coffees/loose-leaf teas. If you havent already....you MUST stop in!

Fantastic food & service! I have had several birthday cakes done here, all of which were extraordinarily good. These people really know their baked goods! Along with this, they offer a fantastic selection of local sodas, ice cream, and hot drinks. Be sure to stop by if your driving through town for a sweet treat!

Quick service nice people! Lots of options and plenty of drink/food besides desserts!!! A whole vegetarian menu for dinner/lunch & even breakfast options. Good food great place nice location. There is a public bathroom which is also very clean. Plenty of sitting space and lots of crazy ice-cream flavors! :)

Ice cream, candy, cupcakes, and tea! This place has many choices to satisfy your sweet tooth. A small one topping sundae and 3 peanut butter balls ran about $6.50, which I consider reasonable. The aesthetic inside is unique and full of art. The staff was helpful. The location wasnt that busy when I visited.

The sweet spot is my favorite dessert spot. That being said I really wanted my wedding cake to be made by them so I can share, the amazing taste. I worked with Chelsi and she exceeded our expectation. The design and taste was incredible! Great job !

I have to agree that this is THE BEST CUPCAKE in town - we drive 30 minutes for them! After a taste test with Sugar Hoots, we unanimously agreed that The Sweet Spot won! Our favorite is the chocolate with vanilla frosting! YUM!

I LIVE this place. Im not able to go often but getting a shake with a friend and sitting in the booth in the window always makes me feel just as you should as a teen in the summer. Have been going since middle school.

I was surprised to find vegan cupcakes and cakes here! The interior can use a little sprucing up but their sweets are really delicious. It is usually very hard to find good vegan baked goods but this place is great.
