If you are in person their stuff is great. But if youre trying to make an order for an important event, dont bother! Not only do they not answer the phone but when the sixteen year old calls you back she probably wont take your order and may just hang up on you when you try. At least that was my experience. The best part is she didnt seem to care and she certainly had no idea what she was doing. Update, I called back an hour later to get the same person, I asked to speak to a manager. She informed me with marbles in her mouth that she was the manager. She then recognized me and without apology explained how she was having a rough morning. I didnt think it could get worse but it obviously did. I would never trust these morons with a special event. Unprofessional and not cheap. Again I was a fan but this was the first time I tried ordering from them and not only are they clueless but they take no responsibility for their mistakes. RECIPE FOR DISASTER!

Incredible. Delicious. Friendly Service! I have been to Swoon many times and I am very very tough when it comes to what I deem to be a good baked good. I have eaten at bakeries in many countries around the world and often times go on a little bakery tasting frenzy tour when in a new city. I compare a new place to excellent and renowned bakeries the world over. This is tough and diverse competition. Yet Swoon stands among the best bakeries - ANYWHERE! They have figured out how to do Gluten free baking so well that you are not judging it on a weighted scale - as in you award extra points to the baked good score because it is gluten free and the taste may actually be lacking a bit. This seems to be common practice for reviewing "healthy foods". Not here - I challenge anyone to be able to reliably distinguish these as gluten free - they just taste amazing, and do not have issues with texture like many other gluten free products.

This is the best gluten free bakery I have ever been to! The food tastes amazing and you cant even taste that its gluten free! I have a nut allergy, and I love coming to Swoon because I know I can really trust all of the products. Each time I visit the bakery, the people in the front are always cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have placed several orders here and am always impressed by the products when I come to pick them up. I would recommend Swoon to anyone looking for a delicious bakery and a positive experience!

it was soo delicious!!! It is the cutest little shop and has soo many awesome choices!! it doesnt even taste like its gluten free!! but it is! i highly recommend you going to swoon. For all those gluten free lovers and who actually live on gluten free products and cant eat anything else. This is how a real legit cupcake tastes!! Its amazing and so creative!! They even makes cakes. Again i highly recommend it!!

Love their lemon raspberry bars and lemon blueberry bundt cake. This will be my 2nd time making a 2 hrs trip up to CT from NY. I love their cupcakes as well. Such a cute little shop full of goodies. Was so tempted to buy the store out the last time I visited!! HA! HA!

Loved their product and couldnt even tell it was gluten free! I recommend the vegan chocolate cupcake, Im not gluten free or vegan but it is the best cupcake ive ever had. This is by far my favorite bakery and I definitely recommend stopping by.

Havent found a gluten free bakery in Connecticut better that Swoons! Excellent baked goods and service... Im not a gluten free fan myself (grandkids are) but I have to say their baked goods are really good.
