Maybe its a cultural thing, but I cant help to notice when I go here that the staff is not friendly or welcoming. There is no "Hi Welcome to Burger King, may I take your order." ...(with a smile) It appears that the staff do not enjoy their jobs. Its a very negative vibe they give off. The owner of this store should understand that if youre customers do not feel welcome, the chances of them returning are slim. That probably explains why it was completely empty in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. Owner, wake up, meet with your management, and retrain your staff, or else you will be out of business.

Worst place ever. When with my fiance to grab a quick bite it was just the two of us there was no one else there and it took us over 40 minutes to get our food. The person working the register did not know what a frappe was even though its on their menu. I ended up explaining it to her pointing it out on their menu and even after all of that they made the wrong drink

Went to the drive-thru, ordered 2 things. She gets both wrong (I order a spicy blt whopper and medium fries and I got a whopper jr and a medium sprite) I explain this is not at all what I ordered and she doesnt even offer to give me the correct items. Never going back there. Id rather go to Mcdonalds with less tasty food but at least they do things correctly.

The service isnt always that great, the fries usually taste old, and it is almost always very dirty both inside and out, yet for some reason we continue to stop here every once and awhile.. i guess because its close to home and my fiance loves that rodeo burger.. its usually just him that we stop there for.. id rather eat at home!

Had the pleasure of hunkering down to remote-into work for a few hours and took note of how the staff take such wonderful and impeccable care of the restaurant. With integrity, the staff take care of the facility and customers very well. The cashier also greeted frequent flyers by name and everyone was all smiles. Kudos staff!!

Worst customer service ever !!! I dont know how this place stills in business. After I wait for 15 min in the driveway I decided to pull up until the cashier and ( manager) she told me can not take my order. Worst service and even the food isnt great always.
