Just placed an order online. Unfortunately, I missed the option to toast the subs. When I got to the order review screen, I tried to call right away. No answer. Tried to call a second time, no answer. Third time, someone finally picked up but put me on hold right away. When she came back on, she didnt even ask me how I could be helped but instead said, "I have a line of customers and online orders to fill so it would be best if you just came in to order". I then informed her that I had already placed an order but was calling to correct it. She didnt ask for my name or anything so I asked if she would like my name so she knew which one I was calling about since she said she had so many orders to fill. She said "Nope I have your receipt". Not appreciating the condescending tone in her voice, I said thanks and hung up. I get it, youre busy. Welcome to the world of food service. However, when a customer calls and you decide to automatically assume instead of ask how they can be helped, thats where I have a problem. Regardless, if I wanted to make a phone order, then Ill make a phone order. You can ASK me if I could possibly come in to order, but Im paying you for my business, so I am not going to be told how I am going to give you that business. Edit on 4/7/17: Changed my review to 1 star. Husband walked in after a long night of us having things to do and we needed a quick dinner. Went in at 9:45pm when they close at 10pm. He was told that they had already cleaned everything and could not serve anything else. Now, I would never walk into a sit-down restaurant and order food 15 mins before closing, but this is a fast food restaurant. There is no reason that 15 mins before closing they cannot serve food. This location is awful and I wish we had more options for a quick bite here in town.

WORST Subway Ive ever been to!!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNSATISFACTORY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Numerous of times Ive been in and they are out of the popular breads such as white, herb&cheese, Italian. Today I went in to get a sandwich at 2pm (not to mention its a popular lunch time and there was a line) I waited patiently until I was asked what I would like. I was told they were "all out" of the bread I wanted. Youd think more would be made if it was only 2pm in the afternoon. ALSO, you think there would be a note hung up to tell customers they are all out of this and that. 2nd time Ive walked right out, and will probably never go again. Also, will tell everyone in town how horrible Subway of Hebron is :)

They treat people with disrespect, employees & customers alike. Acting like taking customers orders is a pain. Some employees prepare food in the back room without gloves. Generally filthy establishment that should be closed down & replaced with maybe something else. I feel sorry for any customer who eats here.

I would like to give 0 stars for this establishment if I could. They treat customers and employees like garbage. Their establishment is so disgusting they dont even clean anything! Seriously a health inspector should be coming in on a daily basis and seriously have them shut down for good.

Horrible customer service, ran out of cheese... No tea, as Im writing this I, along with my drink, just got windexed by employee washing table next to me as I eat... Only second time coming here..first time was worse lol..so much for convenience
