Billy out did himself with his constant training and experience paying off with Briccos in Glastonbury. They have an innovative selection of appetizers (the home made riccotta cheese and the lamb and goat cheese meatballs are decadent) but it is hard to choose with so many wonderful temptations. I haver had several of their pizzas from pepperoni to fig to wild mushroom and they have all been fantastic. Their pastas are fresly made with a variety of authentic and unique preparations. Their roasted chicken is mouth watering and their steaks never a disappointment. I have eaten here numerouse times and probably have had one not-so-perfect experience. Their wine list has a good range (lots of Italian choices...whod guess) as well a a fully stocked bar. We usually park ourselves at the bar for dinner but when we are with a larger group we have made reservations at a table. We have always had friendly, knowledgable and (mostly) efficient service. The decor is a bit eclectic but very interesting. A funky fun place with great food....bottom line.

I could not have had a worse experience. We waited for over an hour kept seeing everyone around us get sat and serve and leave and yet we were still waiting. I asked the host how much longer she said "we have two more people ahead". Waited for that and then two people walked in and asked how much longer they said we can sit you right now.... yet we were waiting for over an hour to be sat!!! I am so mad at this and disappointed.. I dont know if it was racist as we are a mixed racial couple or what! But I will not be coming back for a long time. They need to work on this.... billy grant you need to look @ this....

My fiance and I recently celebrated an anniversary at Bricco Trattoria in Glastonbury and couldnt have had a better experience. Despite being a busy Saturday evening, we were greeted at our table by the manager on duty with two complementary glasses of champagne to celebrate the occasion. The service staff and kitchen have always gone out of their ways to accommodate our food allergies (gluten, dairy, & eggs) and the food couldnt be better! Thanks to everyone at Bricco Trattoria for another great experience!

As a busy realtor in Glastonbury, I have many clients I entertain for both lunch and dinner meetings. Bricco is one of my top choices to entertain my guests. The lobster grilled cheese for lunch is one of my favorite items on the menu! Dinner offers both traditional and trendy dishes, and they have an incredible wine selection for all tastes. Top-notch service finishes the 5-star rating!

Had lunch here on 6/6. with my wife, cousin 94 yr old mom and 86 yr old aunt. We all loved our meals. I had the chicken cutlet grinder, two had the Philly cheese steak. one had the penne alavodka and one had the fig pizza. The wait staff was very friendly. We were not rushed through our meal. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Very close seating . Our waitress could not put our order in right. We had different things coming to our table that did not belong to us. The food itself was gross because they think they need to add odd stuff to it. In attempt to be different? I have been to plenty of Italian restaurants and this was by far the worest.

We went on a Friday night at 630pm. The place was packed and the service was terrible. The waitress took a very long time between courses. The only reason it gets 3 stars is that the food was excellent....delicious sea scallops dinner and homemade cannoli. If I went back I would try lunch or a weekday evening.

A good range of menu items suitable for any mood. Tasty with well balanced flavor bite for bite. The presentation could be a little more elaborate considering the price but it wouldnt be in the true spirit of Italian cuisine.

An area favorite. Great bar, great menu, courteous and consistent service. The atmosphere is cozy and one of the few places that is both casual and romantic. Great for both groups and dates.
