They do not know the meaning of "extra cheese" on my egg & cheese sandwiches I ordered. (But theyll charge you for it.) Gave them 3 chances - each time there was definitely no complying with my request. Plus they take a long time with food; they have the most convoluted order system ever. The person who takes your order makes it. Just hire a cook and a counter person, its not rocket science, folks. Ive been in the service industry for 10 years, and Ive never seen/heard of any place doing it this way. It was weird and inefficient, imo. Food was good, but not worth the headache of their order system and the mistakes each time. Too bad.
