Me and my fiance stopped in here for dinner the other night. The food was nothing to complain about. They brought out complimentary hot tea and fried noodles, which was nice although the noodles were a bit greasy (very good if youre looking for something nice and greasy to eat though). The sushi was mediocre, but thats what you expect from a pan-asian cuisine restaurant in this price range, at least the portions were respectable. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined for us by horrible service. The girl who first came to take our orders left saying "ok not ready" when my fiance paused to think for a moment in the middle of giving her order! It was a busy night and I guess the sushi chef was particularly busy so my sushi came more than 20 minutes after my fiances entree came out. This would have been sort of understandable if they had TOLD me there was a hold up beforehand, if they had warned me Id have a wait, or even given us the option to have her entree be brought out a little later, but no, they just shoved my fiances food in front of us then never came back until my food was ready almost a half hour later. We didnt know wether she should start eating, wait for my food, or what. By the time my food arrived, her entree was mostly finished and getting cold.

First off: the food here is AMAZING. Ive never had better flavored Chinese food before. Everything is flavored just right, nothing is overly greasy, the dishes arent drowned in heavy sauce; the flavoring is just right for everything that Ive tried (my personal favorites are General Tsos chicken and the steamed vegetable dumplings). The sushi is also really excellent and fresh, with an original Chefs special menu (hint: try the tuna dumplings if youre not afraid of raw fish). The restaurants ambience is also inviting; its nicely-decorated (in contrast to most nasty Chinese take-out places or the restaurants where they have stained table cloth). Its also the first NICE Chinese place that Ive been to. The price on the food is also incredibly affordable (only about 50 cents more expensive than take-out places, but for much better quality food and dining atmosphere).

I went here a few weeks ago and I regretted it through the entire meal. I went there on a date, we were both dressed nicely it was supposed to be a great night. They sat us right next to a table with the most obnoxious toddler I have ever seen in my life. So on top of the service being unfriendly and VERY SLOW I had to deal with this horrible child running laps around his table like he was in the Boston marathon! If you want to go some place really nice, save your time and money and go some place else.

IF you eat here,I hope you like Duck sauce, its the main ingredient,Sesame Chicken is fried chicken in hot duck sauce with some sesame seeds ,no Veggies just chicken $16 and some rice ,local fast Chinese at a high end price. Everything the waiter brought tasted like duck sauce that is when you could find him.If you like lots of sugar(Duck Sause) this is your place, bring lots of cash$$$$$

This is our familys go-to restaurant. I have eaten here 100+ times over the past 10 years or so. The Chinese food is some of the best in the area, and the sushi is very good and an excellent value. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is friendly, and the prices are fair. You wont go wrong here.

Overpriced. They missed up our order twice. And no dam forks four big order for dinner. The service was horrible they acted like they were doing us a favor giving us food. I recall we were ones paying not them. Not ever ever ever going there again. I think they should learn what customer service.

I had General Tsos Chicken with rice and crab rangoons. The taste was ok. Not the best Ive had or the worst. The prices are ridiculous. I was charged $1.75 for a 10 oz soft drink and when I asked for a refill, I was charged ANOTHER $1.75! $25.00 for one person is outrageous.

The three-star description says it all. "It was okay." Your basic Americanized Chinese fare, with some Japanese and SE Asian selections. Not bad, but definitely nothing exceptional. Service is decent. Take-out is fast. Decor is starting to look a little dated.

Ive been trying various Chinese restaurants in Danbury, looking for one whose food is uniformly excellent. Well, Ive found it. PANDA HOUSE on Mill Plain Rd. just sold me the most delicious takeout dinner I have ever had. My search is over!

Horrible food and service. Worse, I awoke with a nasty bout of food poisoning and havent been able to hold water down all day. I have ordered take-out here before and it was decent, but will never dine in or order from here again.

I work at La Quinta Inn and Suites in Danbury. When I called they said they do not deliver to our hotel. We are 12 minutes away from their location.

Nice place but under staff, was there on Sunday and they had only one waistaff. The food is so so. They use MSG in everything they cook.

They refused to deliver to me because it was too far. According to google maps, it was a 6 minute drive. Terrible customer service.

I eat here at least once a month for lunch with a friend. What we have is good if standard fare. It is extremely reasonable.
