Last year we held a Jack and Jill for my son and his wife to be. I ordered 45 racks of ribs (some of which were pre-cooked) the rest I smoked on my smoker. The quality of those ribs - both raw and cooked were the best Ive ever seen. There was not a rib left at the party. Ive been a happy customer since then and Ive told all my friends about Avon Prime Meats. The quality of the meats and the friendly, helpful staff are the best Ive seen since I was a kid growing up in the Bronx. It reminds me of the old fashioned meat market when I was growing up. Keep up the great work, Im ordering another 10 racks of ribs! If you have any doubts - you have to go see for yourself. Wonderful products, wonderful staff!

Outstanding service and great quality prime cuts. My wife and I visited for the first time and purchased several specialty items.....all of which we enjoyed eating. Anong our purchase was boneless prime ribeye. I have cooked many steaks and my cooking method has been consistent, with pretty good results over the years. However the prime ribeye I prepared with meat from Avon Prime Meats was the best steak I have ever prepared....EVER! They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. We will return. There was one small issue, or maybe it is a pet peeve, that I will address with management. If you love cooking with quality, local ingredients you must shop at Avon Prime Meats.

My fiancee and I were in there on Saturday. A meat carving station with fresh LAMB to die for!!! A staff so attentive that you WANT to shop there...even if it is a gourmet shop! Which means, you will get the best for your money and impeccable service! And, while walking out...watch out! Flowers to DIE for!! Blue roses my honey has been looking for like crazy! Thank you Avon Prime Meats! Well be back!

Knowledgeable and attentive staff (with a thoroughly rehearsed sales walk!), exceptional local and/or organic meats, dairy, and even prepared goods, and enough samples while you browse to constitute a meal. Weve started purchasing gift cards as a means to encourage others to discover the shop. Love it!

Prime Meat Found. This is the place for top quality prime meats. Very clean store. Fast and friendly staff. Lots of other filler materials to shop for. Why pay $33+ for a restaurant USDA choice steak when you can get prime for half?

I have just opened the first product I have purchased from Among Prime Meats, duck breast. And it is the worst hack job I have seen. I am embarrassed for them. And angry that $17.99/lb buys crudely butchered meat.
