Was super bummed about coming here today. I love chick Fil as and normally have amazing experiences every time I walk into one. I used to work for them and have high expectations. Upon walking in the employees were too preoccupied with socializing to pau attendtion to customers. They ultimately went into the red when a rush of customers came in because they werent paying attention. My order was put out wrong and when I brought it up they told me to go wait to get it fixed and it was not brought to me until the dining room attendant asked me if I needed anything. (She was a sweetheart) I can totally relate with things happening I have experienced this myself when I used to manage. Just thought I would pass along my experience to help them improve! :)

Robotic employees. Its pretty clear they are pushed HARD to say the same things to every customer. Id rather order from a screen than the people that work there (the screen will likely have the same personality). I feel so bad for them since its obvious they have no other choice. It seems like if I say, Thank you they HAVE to reply with My pleasure or they will get written up/fired/etc. Never have I had anyone say anything other than my pleasure after I said thanks. To the MGT of this place: LET YOUR EMPLOYEES BE HUMAN! Its unpleasant to eat here because of your employees having absolutely ZERO personality. Let them say something else besides my pleasure. Maybe...youre welcome.

I normally dont leave bad reviews and their food is good, but the Hispanic guy I believe back line manager copped an attitude with me about remaking my order 3 times. It is not my fault your employees screwed up my order 4 times. I ordered a club on a white bun and get a club with no bun, remake it with the right bun but no cheese or bacon, remake it again with the wrong bun, I ask if they can just give me a white bun at this point and then they remake it a third time. I was fine with everything until the Hispanic guy was rude at the end about remaking it 3 times. Everyone else was very pleasant to deal with.

Chick-fil-A is an amazing establishment to begin with..but the staff at this location makes them even better! from top to bottom all employees at this location are AMAZING! usually not a name dropper but Monica is always quick to say hello and always friendly as can be. **my only complaint with Chick-fil-A is they do NOT have a TIP JAR! this is CRAZY! these people work really hard at a very busy location. I understand Chick-fil-A as a company does not take tips, but I would reconsider that concept because your employees deserve it!

Chick fil a prides themselves on their quick service, fresh, hot and tasty sandwiches, and friendly and attentive employees. I have been to many different chick fil as and they all have the same business model. On this visit I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was as good to look at as it was to eat. There is a reason why there is always a line in the drive thru and a line inside, people like me recognize value+great taste+great customer service = the place to get a great and wholesome meal that the whole family will enjoy.

Quite simply one of the best managed Chick Fil A restaurants Ive ever been to. Since I am in this area pretty much every single day, Ive been coming here years. Its very rare my order has anything incorrect during lunch time (more likely at dinner). However, the staff is always friendly and will do what they can for you. The food is almost always freshly fried and the new cfa app makes things even easier. Maybe one day they will add a "car pick up" option at this location for the app.

This place provides customers with an incredible product, and manages to do so while maintaining the morals upon which it was founded. If all those left-wing extremists are so offended by Chick-fil-as philanthropy that they are unable to enjoy their delicious sandwiches, fine; Chick-Fil-A isnt exactly hurting for customers. Besides, it appears that this fine American company isnt the only party guilty of being closed-minded in the situation.

Maybe greet and serve your customers instead of texting or whatever. Stood there at the counter with husband and daughter and only one other person waiting for their order. Noone greeted us, and only one to look at us was the tray and lobby lady. So thankful Sonic was next door so we didnt have to be ignored. So disappointing when we never get to go out and normally love chick fil a.. But we dont come to be ignored.

Poor and unprofessional management! I was contacted by a manger and told my business card was picked to get free Chick-fil-a for my office. Of course everyone was thrilled, but the manager kept calling back to change the dates and finally stopped calling. I have called and email several times, but have not received ANY response. This would not be so bad, but I had to let down my entire office!!

Awesome place and environment. Spectacular Food is just a plus. All the workers are very mannered and treat people like guests, not customers. I am also very thrilled about their stance on Gay Marriage. Well done and keep it up!! Let those people who complain go somewhere else, you keep my business by your choices-- let those others go their way and eat somewhere else. Eat more chikin!!

I eat here once a week. my only complaint is that they do a booming business o it can be a little crowded. Im not sure how they do it but the staff is by far the most friendly and professional of any restaurant, fast food or otherwise that I have ever been to. food is always excellent as well. just wish you didnt have to have them refill your drinks. that can be a pain when its busy.

Another soldier and I returned from a long day of military training with the U.S. Army and we thought it might be well to grab a bite to eat before heading home. We received exceptional service at this location and great (fast) food. I would never hesitate to come back and would readily recommend this restaurant in particular to anyone who enjoys Chick-fil-A.

Service is always top-notch, food is reasonably priced and always what you would expect, and the store is always clean. Moreover, it has added personal touches such as flower vases with fresh flowers and friendly employees who make sure to always provide a refill even without you asking. I drive here from Boulder and Ive never regretted the drive.

Years ago I got the worst food poisoning ever at a different Chick-fil-A in Texas. I boycotted Chick-fil-A for about 15 years or so. This Colorado location is where I started eating Chick-fil-A again and I havent gotten any food poisoning! The food tastes great as well, keep up the good work!

Every damn time i come there and get my food i ask for Ranch and Honey Mustard and clearly what i say goes in one ear out the other because I get home and see just Classic or Nothing at all and its really starting to tick me off over 12 times this has happened and im clearly tired of it!

The service has always been quick and excellent here. Once, I forgot to tell them I wanted my sandwich without pickles until after they handed it to me. They promptly replaced it with a sandwich without pickles and let me keep the first one which I gave to my wife.
