Awesome coffee, love the quiche with roasted veggies and green chili salsa. I just get a black coffee (medium roast) normally and it is amazing! The ladies and guys in the shop are so nice and friendly. They are never rude or too busy to answer questions. My kids ask to go get a smoothie there and I dont mind because they are health aware and use good stuff in their foods and coffee. I am thrilled I can pick up their coffee at the local Sams club and buy a really good kettle in their store. Everything is so good it is hard to pick so have an idea before you get there and hope you can stick with it.

I have only been to the cafe section once, so take this review with a grain of salt. I have been in the coffee game for years though so I give you my first timer impressions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a pour over of Guatemala and was given it promptly despite the place being steady in business. Coffee was perfectly fine, but it wasnt necessarily my style. This is just an OPINION and coffee is different to each palate. Id say give it a try if youre looking for a cup in Pueblo.

I "found" this coffee on the Canon City train through the Royal Gorge. I liked it so much that I went to Pueblo and bought four pounds to take with me to California. Now I regularly order via mail. I also turned on a local San Diego County coffee shop to it and they are putting the coffee in the shop (November 2010). Good honest folks makin coffee a new fangled way with out wasting energy from the sun! Good for them; and good for you. Dont try a cup; but a couple of grinds and enjoy at home.

AWFUL!!! I walk in and no one greets me or even acknowledges me presence for nearly 10 minutes as Im standing at the register. Finally a girl walks up, does not say a word to me for maybe 2 minutes as she is still talking to co-workers. The order went fine but then I got my food and the one thing I asked for extra of there was NONE of, avocado. This should have been on there whether I asked for it or not because it was a GF veggie Bagel. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I went quickly right before they closed i got a bagel and a coffee from there the first time and the staff was nice too i had lost my glasses and a member helped me out by telling me the menu and the food was great i loved the flavor the coffee was a white mocha and i got it hot the coffee was great too it was sweet but not overly sweet like some from starbucks hate that cause it drowns out the coffee flavor i am a fan of this place now

Solar Roast not only boasts the only solar-roasted coffee in the nation, but also the best tasting organic, fair-trade coffee anywhere. The secret is the coffee is not burned during the roasting process, but gently heated to a steaming 500 degrees by the sun. The result: the most flavorful coffee anywhere. Take a bag home, and have a Hopscotch Bakery goodie, too. Highly recommended.

This place has consistently been superb. The food, coffee and atmosphere is excellent, always friendly/smiling staff, relaxed patronage, festive decor, and a chalk board with daily inspirational quotes. Plus its in a great location off the highway. And if you can ride your bike to it, youll get 10% off according to the decal on the front door!

Great independent coffee roaster using only splat for their power needs. Cozy and slightly rustic decor, they offer mugs, tumblers, t-shirts, and vinyl records. Nice strong roast makes for great mixed coffee drinks, hot and iced.

This is the only place I would recommend to anyone for a decent cup of coffee and tea. The staff is professional and friendly. The owner always asks how the regular customers are doing. Recommendations: The whole menu is great.

This is my favorite local coffee shop in town. Im not a coffee drinker, but they have a lot of good alternatives and their food is great! I love their French toast bagel and their breakfast and lunch burritos.

Had a little trouble searching for a smoothie spot in p town, stumbled on this local coffee shop. Lets just say the mean green protein smoothie is epic. Everyone looked happy here. Nice quiet spot.

Great food and beverages. They also have a great recycling program. I have always found the staff pleasant. On a side note there is a very interesting backstory as to how the shop came into being.
